First-class product
4.1.1 According to the provisions of GB 11409.1 (electric heating melting point determination device). 4.1.2 Allowable difference:
White or charcoal white powder
The difference between two parallel determination results shall not exceed 0.5℃. The arithmetic mean is taken as the initial melting point of the sample. 4.2 Determination of heating loss
According to the provisions of GR114019.4, the sample weight is 2.8~3.2g: heating temperature is 100~105℃. 4.3 Determination of ash
According to the provisions of GB11409.7, the sample weight is 2.8~3.2g, and the ignition temperature is 800±20C. 4.4 Determination of sieve residue
Qualified products
According to the dry method provisions in CB11409.5. The standard sieve (GB6003) specification is 200tmtm×50mm/0.150mm5 Inspection rules
5.1 Vulcanization accelerator DPG should be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer, and each batch of products leaving the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format.
5. 2 Vulcanization accelerator DPG is a batch of uniform products packaged once. 5.3 The user has the right to inspect and accept the received products in accordance with this standard. 5.4 Sampling method
5.4.1 Take samples according to Table 2 in GB6678. Unit. 5.4.2 Use the random sampling method, use the sampling tube to take equal samples from the upper, middle and lower parts of the bag (barrel), and put them in a clean plate. 5.4.3 After mixing the samples, take out no less than 300g by quartering and put them into two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles. The bottle mouth is sealed and marked with: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date. One bottle is sent to the quality supervision and inspection department for inspection, and the other bottle is stored in a dark place for re-inspection. The shelf life is three months. 5.5 If the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from two times the packaging bags (barrels) for re-inspection. If the re-inspection results still do not meet the standards, the batch of products will be downgraded or rejected. 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have objections to product quality and require arbitration, the two parties can negotiate to select a testing agency and conduct arbitration analysis in accordance with the provisions of this standard.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking
Each bag (barrel) should be marked with the manufacturer name, product name, trademark, grade, this standard number, batch number, net weight, and production date in a conspicuous place. 6.2 Packaging
6.2-1 Vulcanization accelerator DPG shall be packed in bags (barrels), polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene woven bags, lined with polyethylene bags, and the net weight of each bag (barrel) shall be 302
