The quality of the paint shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ77001. Test method 5.1 Test conditions a. The kinematic viscosity of the test oil is 27~33cSt; b. The filter medium is 270g/m2 filter paper; c. The oil absorption height is not higher than 0.8m; d. The test oil is transformer oil No. 25 or No. 45 in accordance with GB2536, and the water content in the oil should not exceed 0.3%; e. Two filter papers are clamped between the filter plate, filter frame, thrust plate and clamping plate. 5.2 Test items and test methods 5.2.1 After the filter paper is clamped by the oil filter machine, the clamping force or handle force [calculation formula see Appendix A (reference) 1] is applied until the unit pressure of the clamping surface reaches 1.75MPa, and then the load test is started, and the following items are tested at the same time. a. Total oil seepage between plates and frames When the oil pressure is 0.25MPa, stop the machine after running for 5 minutes, remove the oil seeping between the filter plates and frames, and then run for another 3 minutes, take the total oil seepage, and calculate the oil seepage per minute. b. Oil system sealing and filtration pressure When the oil pressure of the oil system is 0.5MPa (filtration pressure value), run for 5 minutes, and no oil is allowed to seep from the oil connection parts and seals. c. Working noise After the oil filter machine runs stably, it is tested under the oil pressure of 0.25MPa according to the provisions of GB10894. d. Breakdown voltage The breakdown voltage of the test oil is 30~33kV. After the oil filter machine is filtered several times, the oil is sampled and the oil tester is used to break down 5 times. The arithmetic average is calculated and this average is used as the breakdown voltage index. e. The average trouble-free working time of the oil filter Should be assessed according to the provisions of GB10896. After the oil filter runs stably, use a stopwatch and flowmeter to detect the flow rate of the oil outlet at an oil pressure of 0.25MPa. 2 5.2.2 Flatness of the clamping plate and thrust plate JB/T 5153.21991 Check with a thickness plug gauge on a flat plate with an accuracy of not less than level 2 (the insertion depth is not more than 1/3 of the width of the clamping surface). 5.2.3 Thickness variation of the plate frame Take 8 points evenly distributed on the periphery of the clamping surface and 1 point on the inner clamping surface of each liquid hole as the measuring point (the point should be in the center of the width of the clamping surface) for testing. The measuring tool uses a dry ruler with a graduation value not greater than 0.01mm. Inspection rules 6.1 Each oil filter must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product certificate before it can leave the factory. 6.2 Factory inspection Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.1.1, 4.2.2 and 4.4. 6.3 Type test Type test shall be carried out in one of the following situations: a. When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for trial production and identification; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance; c. Normal batch products are inspected once a year; d. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type test. 6.3.2 In addition to the inspection in accordance with the provisions of 6.2, the type test shall also be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.2.1, 4.2.3, 4.2.4 and 4.3. 7 Marking, packaging and storage 7.1 The size and technical requirements of the oil filter nameplate and its fixing shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ77001.
