3.1 The inspection of life jacket lights includes routine testing of products and acceptance inspection of products. Routine testing of products refers to the testing of the product manufacturer and the ship inspection bureau according to the items and specifications of the routine testing of products specified in this standard when the product is finalized, or when the type is approved, or when the first batch is produced every four years after the type approval, or when the first batch of products is tested every year before the type approval.
b. Manufacturing inspection of products (also known as acceptance inspection) refers to the testing of products after they have been finalized or type approved. , each batch of products (not more than 500 units, if less than 500 units are required, the number will be counted as a batch) shall be checked according to the items and scope of the product acceptance inspection of this standard. c. If there are changes in the structure, process or material of the product, or when the production is transferred to another factory, routine tests shall be carried out. d. Products that pass the manufacturing inspection and leave the factory shall be accompanied by a marine product certificate and a manufacturing product certificate. 3.2 Samples for the manufacturing inspection of life jacket lights shall be taken from each batch of products, and samples for routine product tests shall be products that pass the manufacturing inspection.
8.3 The items, specifications and sampling quantity of the manufacturing inspection of life jacket lights shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

3. If there are items in the manufacturing inspection of life jacket lights that do not meet the requirements, double sampling will be conducted for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If they are still unqualified, the entire batch of products will be returned for repair.
If the appearance quality does not meet the requirements, the entire batch of products will be returned for repair. The products submitted for re-inspection after repair should still be inspected according to the regulations for manufacturing inspection. If they still do not meet the requirements, the batch of products should be scrapped.

3. If one item of routine test of the product does not meet the requirements, it shall be strictly inspected and double sampled for retesting of the unqualified items. The retest shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of routine test. If any item still does not meet the requirements, the batch of products shall be scrapped. 3. Assessment of product validity period
3.7.1 For products produced after obtaining product type approval certificate, 3 samples shall be retained from the products that have passed the delivery inspection and stored in accordance with the storage conditions specified in this standard. After the expiration of the period, discharge test and light intensity test shall be carried out. $.1.2 The validity period shall be determined according to the test results and their compliance with the technical requirements of the product. If three consecutive batches meet the validity period requirements, the product can be exempted from validity period assessment. When the structure, process or material of the product is changed, when the production is resumed or the production is transferred to another factory after one year of suspension , the validity period should be re-examined.
4 Test method
4.1 High and low temperature cycle test
Take 12 samples and repeat 10 cycles in the following order, a to d is one cycle: a. In a high temperature environment temperature of +65℃, for 8 hours continuously, b. Move from a high temperature environment to a normal temperature environment until the next day or for 4 to 6 hours, c. In a low temperature environment temperature of -30℃, for 8 hours continuously, d. Move from a low temperature environment to a normal temperature environment until the next day or for 4 to 6 hours. 4.2 Discharge test
4.2.1 Divide the 12 samples that have undergone the high and low temperature cycle test into three groups, and conduct tests under the following three conditions: a. The first group of samples are placed in an 8% sodium chloride aqueous solution with a water temperature of -1℃, b. The second group of samples are placed in a water temperature of +30 C. Place in 3% sodium chloride aqueous solution c. Place in cool water at room temperature.
The luminous intensity and luminous time of life jacket lights should at least meet the requirements of this standard 2.5. The life jacket light using seawater battery as energy source should be able to start to emit light within 10 seconds after the battery is placed in seawater, and reach the luminous intensity of 0.75cd within 5 minutes in seawater. It is recommended that the life jacket light using seawater battery as power source should be able to start to work within 2 minutes in fresh water, and reach the luminous intensity of 0.75cd within 10 minutes. 4.2.2 Test of luminous intensity and duration a. During the discharge test, the luminous intensity of the panel should be measured. The luminous intensity should be measured in a laboratory simulating a black body using an "ST" type or equivalent illuminometer. The reading of the luminous intensity should be calculated according to the following formula: 1=Er2
Formula: →—luminous intensity of the light source, cd, E——reading of the light source perpendicular to the illuminometer, 1xlr—distance of the light source from the illuminometer, m.
b. The luminous intensity of the pulse light source is measured by a light recording device, and the light intensity curve after 8 hours of luminescence is drawn, and the number of flashes and the time of each "on" and "off" are measured;
c. The duration of light intensity is measured by a timer when measuring light intensity. 4.8 Diving test
Place the life jacket light on the life jacket, and the test personnel put on the life jacket and vertically enter the water from a height of not less than 4.5m, with the feet first.
4.4 Immerse three effective life jacket lights in the water at a depth of 0.3m. After floating for 24 hours, take them out of the water and turn on the lights. There should be no water marks in the lights, and no permanent marks in the battery box. The seawater battery should be sealed for this test. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
