This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of timers for petroleum downhole instruments (hereinafter referred to as timers).
This standard applies to the design, manufacture, inspection, packaging, transportation and storage of timers for petroleum downhole instruments. 2. Reference standards
GB2829 Periodic inspection counting sampling procedures and insertion sampling tables (applicable to the stability inspection of the production process) GB191 Packaging storage and transportation pictorial symbols
ZBY003 General technical conditions for instrument packaging SY/T5221 Basic environmental test methods for petroleum exploration and development instruments Test B: Impact test 3 Technical requirements
3.1 The rated working time series of the timer is: 2, 3, 4, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, 144, 168, 180, 360h. 3.2 Timing The running time error of the timer at an ambient temperature of 20 ± 5°C is shown in the table below. Level
Running time error, min/h
3.3 The maximum operating temperature of the timer,
Medium temperature timer is 150°C;
High temperature timer is 200°C.
3.4 The output torque of the timer within the rated time range is not less than 2×10-2N-m. 3.5 The timer should be able to run in the following conditions: a, when the output shaft is in any position:
b After the impact displacement is 10mm, add After 30 minutes of impact test at a speed of 9.8m/s\ and an impact frequency of 1Hz. 3.6 The timer should be able to start running after winding the spring once when the spring is completely relaxed. 3. The whole machine and its components should be free of rust and mechanical damage: the coating should be smooth, firm, without blistering and cracking. 4 Test method
4.1 Test equipment
8 Cycle tester or special time calibration device (dial and pointer): b, standard timer (quartz clock or mechanical watch with a maximum daily deviation of no more than 15s): Energy Capital of the People's Republic of China 1992 -01-15 approved for implementation on July 1, 1992
c. God strike test bench.
4.2 Test environment
SY/T5098-91
Ambient temperature 20+5'G, relative humidity not exceeding 85%. 4.3 Running time error test
Wind up the timer 8 to 9 turns, and compare it with a cycle tester or a special time calibration device under no load. The running time error should comply with the provisions of Article 3.2.
4.4 Azimuth running test
4,4.1 Determination of orientation
The first test orientation is when the output shaft and the swing shaft of the timer are horizontal, and the second test orientation is when the output shaft is rotated 180°. 4,4.2 Running test
Wound up the timer, and select the test orientation according to Article 4.4.1 of this standard for a static running test. Run the timer for 1/5 of the rated working time in each orientation, and the timer should run normally. 4.5 High-temperature output torque test
Wound up the timer, fix it on a special test stand, add the load torque specified in Article 3.4 to the output shaft, place the test stand and the 5-pass device in a constant temperature drying oven, and keep the temperature constant to the maximum working temperature specified in Article 3.3 of this standard. It should run normally within the rated working time.
4.6 Impact test
Wound up the timer fully, fix it horizontally on the impact test switch, and carry out 4.7 starting performance test according to the requirements of SY/T5221
After the timer spring is completely relaxed, it should be able to start swinging automatically after winding one turn. Inspection regulations
5.1 Factory inspection
5.1.1 Before leaving the factory, the timer shall be inspected daily according to the provisions of Article 3.7 of this standard, and each batch shall be fully inspected. 5.1.2 Before leaving the factory, the timer shall be fully inspected according to the test methods specified in Articles 4.3, 4.4 and 4.7 of this standard. Unqualified timers are allowed to be returned for repair and re-inspected according to regulations.
5.13 5% of each batch shall be sampled (at least not less than 3 pieces) and tested according to the provisions of Articles 4, 5 and 4, 6 of this standard. If one piece fails, the whole batch shall be inspected.
51.4 The timer shall be inspected by the quality inspection department in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and the certificate of conformity shall be issued before it can leave the factory. 5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in the following cases: a. When the design is changed;
When the key zero process is changed;
C. When the key parts material is changed;
d. When the superior quality management department proposes type inspection. 5.2.2bzxz.net
The samples for type inspection shall be drawn from the samples that have passed the factory inspection, and the sampling plan shall comply with the provisions of GB2829. 5.2.32
Type test items shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
-6.1 Marking
6.1.1 The timer should be marked with the model, product name, rated working time, production number, and manufacturer's name: 6.1,2 The manufacturer's logo and manufacturer's name should be marked on the inner packaging of the timer. 2
SY/T 5098-91
6.1,3 The outer packaging marking should comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.1 of ZBY003: The "handle with care" and "afraid of moisture" markings should comply with the provisions of GB101.
6.2 Packaging
6.2.1 The timer must have inner and outer packaging.
6.2.2 The outer packaging should comply with the provisions of ZB According to 21.2 of Y003, 6.2.3 the outer packaging materials shall comply with the provisions of S.1.1 of ZBY003. 6.2.4 the packaging boxes shall be moisture-proof and shock-proof. 6.3 Transportation and storage
6.3.1 Avoid strong vibration, rain and snow, and strong magnetic field during transportation. 6.3.2 Store in a ventilated warehouse without corrosion, harmful gas, and relative humidity not exceeding 85%. During the storage period, the 33 timer shall be maintained once a year. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Petroleum Instruments and Meters Professional Standardization Committee. This standard was drafted by the Third Petroleum Instrument Factory of China National Petroleum Corporation. The main drafters of this standard are Zhong Yupu and Luan Qingren. This standard is still valid after the review in 199, and the review result has been approved by the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry.
