This standard applies to hydraulic component pressure chambers made of metal materials, and does not apply to hydraulic hoses and hydraulic components made of non-metallic materials. This standard does not apply to verification after the material strength decreases due to chemical reaction or metal corrosion. 2 Terms and symbols 2.1 Rated fatigue pressure The pressure that the pressure chamber of a component can withstand for 10 cycles without failure, represented by RFP. 2.2 Rated static pressure The pressure that the pressure chamber of a component can withstand without failure, represented by RSP. 2.3 Cyclic test pressure The range of pressure applied in a cyclic test to verify the rated fatigue pressure, represented by CTP. 2.4 Static test pressure The pressure applied in a static test to verify the rated static pressure, represented by STP. 2.5 Acceleration factor The factor used to shorten the test duration from 10' to 10\ when calculating the cyclic test pressure using the rated fatigue pressure, represented by K. 2.6 Coefficient of variation The coefficient used to take into account the variation of metal fatigue strength when calculating the cyclic test pressure using the rated fatigue pressure, represented by Kv. It is also applicable to the calculation of the static test pressure using the rated static pressure. 2.7 Assurance level The minimum percentage of a batch of pressure vessels of a certain structure that can withstand the rated fatigue pressure 10 times. 2.8, Confidence level The degree of confirmation by the manufacturer that the desired assurance level has been achieved. 2.9'Failure of pressure vessel Structural damage caused by deformation produced by the rated fatigue pressure verification test, cracks or excessive leakage at the seal, or structural damage caused by deformation produced by the rated static pressure verification test or permanent deformation affecting the function of the component, cracks or excessive leakage at the seal. 2.10'Pressure vessel Parts of the component that contain pressurized fluid. 3 Test conditions and test equipment Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on December 11, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992 3.1 General 3.1.1 Test oil: suitable non-corrosive oil. JB/T5924—91 3.1.2 Before the test, the air in the test circuit and the pressure container to be tested should be exhausted. 3.1.3 Make all the leakage source pipes outside the pressure container to be tested unblocked and connect them back to the oil tank. 3.1.4 Generally, the same sample is not used for the rated fatigue pressure verification test and the rated static pressure verification test. If these two verification tests must be carried out on the same sample, the rated fatigue pressure verification test should be carried out first. 3.1.5 Under the condition that the load-bearing capacity of the pressure container to be tested is not increased, certain structural changes to the pressure container to be tested are allowed to facilitate the verification test. 3.1.6 Under the condition that the load-bearing capacity of the pressure container to be tested is not affected, gaskets, seals, etc. that have failed due to wear can be replaced. 3.2 Test device accuracy The accuracy of the verification test equipment shall meet the following requirements; Cyclic test pressure: ±3%; Static test pressure: ±2%; Temperature: 3.3 Test device 3.3.1 Cyclic test device 3.3.1.1 The cyclic test device shall be able to provide a stable cyclic test pressure. The frequency of the cyclic test pressure shall be less than 30Hz, the minimum value of the cyclic test pressure shall not be greater than 5% of CTP, and the maximum value of the cyclic test pressure shall be equal to the sum of its minimum value and CTP. The cyclic test pressure shall not contain superimposed oscillations with a range greater than 0.6CTP. 3.3.1.2 The pressure measurement point shall be directly connected to the pressure container to be tested or set on the pressure oil port near it. This pressure oil port shall not be used as an oil supply port during the test as much as possible. When pressure measurement must be performed on the oil supply pressure pipeline, the fluid resistance between the pressure measurement point and the pressure container to be tested shall be as small as possible. 3.3.2 Static test device The static test device should be able to provide a stable and controllable hydrostatic pressure. 3.3 Provide appropriate safety measures for personnel and equipment. 4 Verification steps for rated fatigue pressure 4.1 Determine the material of the pressure chamber, select the assurance level, the number of samples and the rated fatigue pressure (RFP) to be verified (according to design requirements). 4.2 Select the acceleration factor K value from Table 1 based on the minimum number of test cycles. 4.3 Select the coefficient of variation Kv value from Table 2 based on the required assurance level and the number of test samples. If the corresponding number of samples is increased by one confidence level, the confidence level can be increased to 99%. 4.4 Calculate the cyclic test pressure according to formula (1) CTPKKRFP 4.5Perform a verification test on the sample according to the requirements of 3.3.1.1. The number of test cycles should not be less than the minimum number of test cycles. 4.6Verify the rated fatigue pressure of the pressure chamber under test according to the verification criteria. 5 Verification steps of rated static pressure 5.1Determine the material of the pressure chamber, select the assurance level, the number of samples and the rated static pressure (RSP) to be verified (according to the design requirements). 5.2Select the coefficient of variation Kv value according to 4.3. 5.3Calculate the static test pressure STPKRSP according to formula (2) 5.4Perform a verification test on the sample under the static test pressure and maintain the pressure for 1 minute. 5.5Verify the rated static pressure of the pressure chamber under test according to the verification criteria. 6 Verification criteria Rated fatigue pressure verification criteria The pressure vessel under test shall not exhibit any of the following failure modes. a. Structural fracture: Any cracks caused by fatigue under the cyclic test pressure; Excessive leakage at the seal due to deformation. 6.2 Rated static pressure verification criteria The pressure vessel under test shall not exhibit any of the following failure modes. a. Structural fracture; Any cracks caused by internal static pressure; Excessive leakage at the seal due to deformation; Permanent deformation that may affect the normal operation of the pressure vessel, (2) Expression of verification test results JB/T592491 7.1 The verification test results shall include: assurance level, reliability level, rated fatigue pressure, and rated static pressure. The codes for assurance level and reliability level are specified in Table 3. 7.2 3 The expression of rated pressure and rated static pressure is as follows: 7.3 For example: RFP(1/90)=32MPa means: the rated pressure is 32MPa, its confidence level is 90%, and the guarantee level is 90%. RSP(2/99)-100 MPa means: the rated static pressure is 100MPa, its confidence level is 99%, and the guarantee level is 99%. 99% 7.4 The verification test conditions, sample changes and replacement of accessories during the verification process should be recorded or explained in detail in the verification report. JB/T592491 SN curve method for estimating life expectancy (reference part) The pressure that a single component can normally withstand has a certain relationship with its rated fatigue pressure and rated static pressure. This relationship can be estimated and can be used as the basis for evaluating the life expectancy of the component in a single use situation. This evaluation must be made by the user, who must also make judgments on factors such as impact, heat and misuse when using it. In a single use situation, the operating pressure and life expectancy of the component can be determined based on the rated fatigue pressure and rated static pressure shown in Figure A1. Failure pressure point Rated static pressure Expected life value Unverified safety zone Verified safety zone Additional notes: Actual SN curve Estimated SN curve Fatigue potential failure zone Rated fatigue pressure SN curve for estimated expected life value This standard is proposed and managed by the National Hydraulic and Pneumatic Standardization Technical Committee. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Jiaotong University.
