Foreword
This standard is equivalent to IEC335-2-46 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances Part 2: Special Requirements for Commercial Electric Steamers" (1986 edition) and Amendment No. 1 (1990). This standard should be used in conjunction with GB4706.1-92 "General safety requirements for household and similar electrical appliances".
The safety standards for household and similar electrical appliances consist of two parts. The first part is the general requirements, and the second part is the special safety requirements for the product.
The part of this standard that says "applicable" means that the corresponding provisions in GB4706.1-92 are applicable to this standard; the part of this standard that says "replace" or "modify" should be based on this standard. The provisions in the standard shall prevail; the part marked "added" in this standard means that in addition to complying with the corresponding provisions of GB4706.1-92, it must also comply with the added provisions in this standard. This standard is proposed by the Industrial Department of the Ministry of Domestic Trade of the People's Republic of China. This standard is jointly administered by the National Commercial Machinery Standardization Technical Committee and the National Household Appliances Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by: National Catering Service Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The main drafters of this standard: Wang Shujing, Xia Xiaoli, Chen Zhangying, Han Yiguan. GB4706.341996 | | tt | There is an international consensus on the issue. 2) These resolutions or agreements are in the form of recommendations for international use and are accepted by national committees in this sense. 3) In order to promote international unification, IEC hopes that IEC standards should be adopted to the extent that its domestic circumstances permit. content as their country's regulations. Any differences between the standards recommended by IEC and the corresponding national standards should be clearly stated in the national standards as much as possible. GB4706.34-1996 | | tt | Developed by committee. It forms the first edition of the IEC335-2-46 publication. The text of this publication is determined in accordance with the following documents: June Law

This second part is intended for use in conjunction with the IEC335-1 publication. It is based on the second edition (1976), second printing (1983), including revisions No. 1 (1977), No. 2 (1979) and No. 3 (1982), and is based on revisions No. 4 (1984), No. 5 (1986) and No. 6 (1988) were enacted. This should be taken into account in future new versions of IEC335-1 publications or their modifications. This Part II supplements or modifies the corresponding provisions in the IEC335-1 publication in order to convert the publication into the IEC standard: Safety Requirements for Commercial Electric Steamers (First Edition).
If individual terms of Part One are not mentioned in Part Two, these terms will still apply if reasonable. When the description of this first edition is "added", "modified" or "replaced", the relevant requirements, test specifications or instructions in Part One should be modified accordingly. The following differences exist in some countries:
- Ordinary appliances are not allowed (Article 6.1); only X connections are allowed (Article 25.4);
- A lower limit for leakage current is specified (Article 13.2 and 16.2); an anti-siphon device is required.
In this publication:
1) Use the following typography:
Requirement itself: Roman;
Test specification: italic;
Instructions: Small Roman font.
2) The added clauses or charts in the first part should be numbered starting from 101; the added appendices are marked with letters AA, BB, etc. This standard refers to the following IEC publication:

GB4706.34--1996||tt| |Appliances with automatic water-filling steam generators are connected to a water source that conforms to the water supply pressure indicated by the manufacturer for correct operation. Adjust the water pressure to the pressure that produces the most unfavorable conditions within the pressure range specified by the manufacturer. The inlet water temperature is maintained at
·15℃±5℃, if the appliance is connected to a cold water source; ·60℃±5℃, if the appliance is only connected to a hot water source, or the temperature indicated in the instruction manual, whichever is chosen. Larger value. If the appliance can be connected to both hot and cold water sources, keep the water at a temperature that produces the most unfavorable results. All hoods, doors and covers are in their normal position and closed. The water load in the steaming compartment of the appliance shall be at an initial temperature of 15°C ± 5°C, and the load shall be based on the maximum food load of 0.5L/kg indicated by the manufacturer. The water load is evenly distributed between the racks and between the plates, and since the plates can be perforated to allow steam to circulate, the water load can be distributed evenly between the racks or between the plates in suitable containers. 2.2.30 This article is replaced by the following:
Normal load means that when the appliance is working under sufficient heat dissipation conditions, the motor installed in the appliance is used in the required manner according to the manufacturer's instructions.
