3.1 Type

3.2 Model

4.2 Materials
The materials used for the evaporator shell, tube sheet and tube side shall be accompanied by material certificates. The materials shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. The gray cast iron parts for evaporators shall refer to the relevant standards such as JB/T6421. 4.3 Cold and hot processing
The cold and hot processing of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 4.4 Welding and flaw detection

The evaporator should be beautiful and elegant, and the weld surface should be free of cracks, pores, arc pits and slag inclusions. The outer surface should be painted, and the paint layer should be uniform and smooth, with consistent color, and there should be no defects that affect the appearance. 4.9 Completeness

4.10 Warranty period

The performance test of the evaporator can be carried out by industrial operation test. 5.2 Nondestructive testing

The pressure and air tightness test method of the evaporator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.4 Cleanliness determination
The cleanliness determination of the evaporator can refer to the provisions of 2BJ73029. 5.5 Gas filling protection
After the test, the remaining water in the evaporator should be drained and dried to ensure that there is no water vapor in the evaporator. The evaporator shipped alone should be filled with positive pressure dry nitrogen or specially treated dry air (dew point below 30℃), the maximum pressure should not exceed 0.1MPa, and it should be sealed immediately.

7.2 Packaging and transportation
All pipes of the evaporator should be properly sealed, and the exposed ferrous metal without coating protection should be coated with rust inhibitor. The packaging and transportation of evaporators shipped separately can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. The factory documents of the evaporator can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. The evaporator shipped separately should also provide product instructions and packaging. 7.2.2
