Cast iron parts, steel castings, welded parts and machined parts shall comply with relevant national standards and professional standards. 4.5 The size and accuracy of rectangular splines shall comply with the provisions of GB1144. The basic parameters and tolerances of involute splines shall comply with the provisions of GB3478. 4.6
The accuracy of the round bar gear of the transmission box shall not be lower than 8-7-7 of GB 10095. The basic parameters, diameter size and tolerance of the transmission sprocket shall comply with the provisions of GB1244. The purchased chain should meet the requirements of GB1243. The outer dimensions of the chain should meet the requirements of GB1589. The dimensional deviation and geometric tolerance should meet the following requirements: a. Dustproof sealing:

4.13 Thermal insulation: When the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the car reaches 25℃, the heat transfer coefficient is not more than 2.5W/(m2, K). The temperature of the operating room should meet 5~34℃ under any circumstances.
4.14 The maximum noise in the vehicle shall not exceed 85dB (A). 4.15 The maximum vibration index of the vehicle during operation is that the root mean square value of the speed of the vehicle floor is not more than 0.6, and the comfortable working time of the human body is not less than 4 hours.
4.16 The circuit should be safe and reliable. The cold insulation resistance of each circuit of the AC electrical system below 500V to the ground and the phase is not less than 2M, and it should be able to withstand a test voltage of 2000V with a frequency of 50Hz for 1min without breakdown and flashover. The normal insulation resistance of the DC gas system for the vehicle is not less than 0.5M92, and it can withstand a test voltage of 50Hz and 50UV with a frequency of 1min, and there should be no breakdown and flashover. 4.17 The drum body, the components passing through the drum body, and the bearing seat supporting the drum must be made of anti-magnetic materials. The magnetic permeability of anti-magnetic material parts is not more than 1.20. The magnetic permeability test data shall be recorded in the product quality certificate. 4.18. The paint quality shall meet the following requirements: a. Appearance of paint film: smooth and flat, no particles are allowed on the surface, slight "orange peel" is allowed, and the gloss is smooth. Resistance to temperature change: Stable in use within the range of +60 to -40°C (no cracking after 10 cycles of temperature change). 4.19 The brake drum of the assembled drum shall be subjected to a single-piece static balance test. After assembly, the drum shall be subjected to a static balance test as a whole. The welded drum shall be subjected to a dynamic balance test after machining is completed. The balance accuracy shall meet the requirements of G16. 4.20 The newly manufactured (or modified) steering shaft shall be subjected to a dynamic balance test, and its balance accuracy shall meet the requirements of G16. The transmission box shall be inspected for cleanliness and temperature rise, with the cleanliness less than 1g and the bearing temperature rise not greater than 40℃. 4.211 The logging winch shall be subjected to a firm operation and load operation test, and the factory road test mileage shall be no less than 30kⅢl. After the test, it shall meet the requirements of each item of this standard. 4.22 New products and major modified products shall be subjected to type tests, and the operation time of the type test shall not be less than three times of the test time, and the road test mileage shall not be less than 100km.
5 Test methods
5.1 Appearance, dimensions and paint inspection
Appearance is inspected by physical observation.
External dimensions are inspected by general or special tools and samples. 5.1.3
Paint inspection:
Products are inspected by physical observation and sample comparison. Sample inspection is as follows:
Paint film gloss is measured according to GB1743;
Paint film thickness is measured according to GR1764:
Paint film punching degree is measured according to B1732:
Paint film elasticity is measured according to GB1731:
Film hardness is measured according to GB1730;
Paint film adhesion is measured according to GB1720;
g. · Water resistance: Keep warm in a warm water bath at 50±1℃ for 8 hours and then cool naturally for 16 hours for one cycle; in the corrosion resistance test (salt water), observe the changes of the paint film every 24 hours.
The temperature change resistance sample is placed in a +60℃ oven for 1 hour from room temperature, then taken out and cooled to room temperature and then placed in a -40℃ freezer for 1 hour. Take the sample out to room temperature for one cycle.
5.2 Dustproof sealing test
Before the test, the dust inside the car should be cleaned, and the doors, windows and ventilation devices should be closed. The test is carried out on dry and dusty dirt roads or gravel roads. The lateral wind speed is less than 0.5m/s. The test vehicle follows the lift vehicle at a speed of 15-20km/h. The samples are collected after driving for 30 minutes in the dust fog with a dust density of not less than 30mg/m2 outside the car. The sampling head is installed at a height of 400-800mm from the floor. The air intake direction of the sampling head should be perpendicular to the driving direction. The sampling time is 20min. Each trip is sampled once and the average value is taken. 5.3 Waterproof sealing test
It is carried out on a rainfall test bench. The rainfall intensity is 5-7mm/min. The rainfall direction is 45 degrees to the vertical line. It lasts for 30min and the leakage is observed. The rainfall oxygen is measured with a rain gauge. 5.4 Determination of heat transfer coefficient
After the test is completed, it is carried out by heating the interior of the carriage. 5.4.1 Test conditions
a There should be no rain during the test. The wind speed within 1m from the outer surface of the carriage should not exceed 2m/s. The ambient temperature change should not exceed 3℃. There is no other heat source within 3m around the outer surface of the carriage;
b. Before the test, open all doors, windows and railings of the carriage. Hole recessed door, and place for 5h; c. Test arrangement is as shown in Figure 2, heating electric furnaces are arranged at equal distances of 1.2~1.6m along the longitudinal center line of the carriage, and connected in parallel. d. The accuracy of each electrical instrument shall not be less than Class 2.5. 5.4.2 Test method
. Close the doors, windows, railings, and opening doors. The expandable carriage shall be in the expanded state, and no one is allowed in the carriageb. Record atmospheric pressure, relative air humidity, and the arrangement of thermometers and electric furnaces; use autotransformers to adjust the power of the heating furnace, and record the temperature of each measuring point inside and outside the car, the voltage at the electric furnace end, and the current every 30 minutes. When the difference between the temperature (average value) inside and outside the car reaches a thermal equilibrium state of 20-25C (the average temperature change of each measuring point in the car is not more than 2℃, and the total power change of the electric furnace is not more than 3%), keep the thermal semi-equilibrium state for 2 hours. At this time, record the temperature of each measuring point, the voltage at the electric furnace end, and the current every 15 minutes, and calculate the heat transfer coefficient h according to the following formula: h

After the insulation resistance is qualified in the cold state, the withstand voltage test shall be carried out. The test method shall be carried out in accordance with GB998. 5.8 The measurement and display of magnetic permeability μ

5.9 Dynamic and static balance are measured on the balancing device. 510 The temperature rise of the bearing is directly measured by point thermometer, and the temperature is measured by mercury thermometer. Cleanliness inspection
After the transmission box is thoroughly cleaned and then subjected to load test, the method is carried out. The test is carried out by weighing the residual impurities after filtering with 0.075×0.050 (200 mouth) metal wire mesh at 150℃ for two hours and drying for ten hours. 5.12 Transmission box test and inspection
The transmission box must be tested and inspected one by one, and can be assembled after matching. 5.12.12
The transmission box test is carried out on a special test bench, divided into no-load test and load test. The no-load test of the transmission box should be carried out at the rated speed. The test time is not less than 1h in both directions of the anti-reverse. The test shall meet the following requirements: 5.12.3
The fasteners at all connections shall not be loose;
There shall be no oil leakage at all seals;
The gears shall rotate normally and smoothly without any abnormal impact or vibration. c.
No-load test The load test shall be carried out in the following manner. For the gearbox with reversing operation, three-way and reverse two-way tests shall be carried out: 5.12.4
For single-direction gearboxes, one-way tests are allowed, but the rotation direction during the test must be the same as that during the first operation. The load test shall meet the following requirements:
Under rated power and rated speed, the gearbox shall operate normally and reliably without any abnormal impact, vibration or uneven sound. There shall be no oil leakage at all seals.
The load test time shall not be less than 1h for each gear reverse rotation. After the above tests, check the following items according to the technical requirements: side clearance of the gear; contact points of the gears; heating conditions: cleanliness inspection (extract 2% of each batch of products, but not less than 2 sets); paint and appearance quality. After the load test, use coal (or firewood) to clean the box and add enough lubricating oil as required. 5.12.6 5.13 Idle running test of logging winch The idle running test of logging winch is carried out after the logging winch is assembled. After 30 minutes of the idle running test of logging winch, the following items should be checked: each control system should be flexible, accurate and reliable! The transmission system should have no abnormal noise and impact sound; b. Each sealing part should not leak oil, air or water, and the temperature rise of the supporting bearings of each transmission box and other running parts in the transmission system should not exceed 40. d.
Load test of logging winch
The load test of logging winch shall be carried out at the winch load test site after the idling test is completed. 5.14.1
The test loads of various types of logging winches shall be in accordance with Table 3. The test loads shall be applied step by step from small to large. 5.14.2

5.14.3 Various test loads shall be applied twice. In any case, the winch can brake reliably. The air brake shall have the same performance as the brake, and the brake shall be stable and reliable.

5.15 Driving performance test of vehicle-mounted logging winch 5.15.1 The inspection mileage shall not be less than 30km, of which the non-grade road surface shall not be less than 10km, and a climbing test with a slope of not less than 30 shall be conducted.
5.15.2 During the driving test, the transmission system shall not have any abnormal noise. Each driving gear shall be flexible and reliable. The seals of all newly manufactured and remanufactured transmission cases shall not have any oil. During the driving test in 5.15.3, the driving performance of the vehicle and the quality of all modified parts shall be checked to ensure the original performance of the vehicle. During the driving test in 5.15.4, if any failure to comply with the provisions of 5.15.2 and 5.15.3 is found, the driving test shall be repeated after repair, and the test conditions shall comply with the provisions of 5.15.1.
Type test
