Some standard content:
GB85691997 This standard is a revision of GB8569-88 "Packaging of Solid Chemical Fertilizers" based on a large number of experiments. The test method of fertilizer packaging is carried out in accordance with the Chinese national standard that is equivalent to the international standard, and also refers to the dangerous goods transportation rules of the International Maritime Organization (MO). When revising GB8569-88, the content of the standard that has been proven to be practical in practice is retained. The following modifications are made to some of the technical requirements for packaging: 1. For 40kg/bag, type B bags are used, and the upper seam strength is changed to 29.4MPa? For 50kg/bag, type C bags are used, and the upper seam strength is changed to 34.3MPa. 2. The thickness of the film bag used for inner packaging is appropriately adjusted. 3. The packaging materials of ammonium nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate are also appropriately modified. The drop test method for fertilizer packaging is carried out in accordance with the national standard of my country that is equivalent to the international standard, but in terms of inspection rules, specific provisions are made according to the special requirements of fertilizers. This standard replaces GB8569-88 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Drafting units of this standard: Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Fertilizer Plant of Jilin Chemical Industry Corporation. The main drafters of this standard: Liu Miao, Chu Yunlong, Cui Yuxiang. This standard was first issued in 1987. 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Packing of solid chemical fertilizers Packing of solid chemical fertilizersGB8569-1997 Replaces GB8569-88 This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for packaging materials and fertilizer packaging of solid chemical fertilizers. Users have the right to inspect and accept the fertilizer packages received at the fertilizer manufacturer or fertilizer packaging plant in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 5.2 Fertilizer packages shall be inspected batch by batch. 5.3 For each batch of fertilizer packages, except for the upper seam strength and drop test items, the tests of other items shall be carried out in accordance with the special inspection specified in Appendix A (Appendix to the standard). When the inspection is judged to be unqualified according to the qualified quality level, it shall be carried out according to the stricter sampling inspection. When the stricter sampling inspection still fails, the batch of fertilizer packages shall be measured as unqualified packaging. 22 GB8569—1997 5.4 Fertilizer manufacturers or fertilizer packaging plants shall carry out drop tests at least once a month. The sampling quantity for the drop test of fertilizer packages is three packages, and the packages are randomly selected from the batches judged as qualified by Article 5.3. When the inspection is judged to be unqualified, the batch of fertilizer packages is unqualified. 5.5 The upper seam strength test is conducted once a month. The batches judged as qualified by the inspection of Article 5.4 are sampled and the qualified quality level is judged according to Appendix A (Appendix of the Standard), inspection level S-2, and letter B. When it is judged to be unqualified, it should be sampled once more strictly. If it is still judged to be unqualified, the batch of fertilizer packages is unqualified. 6 Marking The marking of fertilizer packages should be marked with relevant marks according to the nature of the materials inside. 6.1 When the materials inside are dangerous goods, the packaging marks specified in GB190 should be marked according to the provisions of the "Railway Dangerous Goods Transport Rules". 6.2 The packaging storage and transportation marks specified in GB191 should be marked according to the nature of the materials inside. 6.3 In the fertilizer product standards, the specific marking of the fertilizer package shall be specified in GB190 and GB191. 7 Transportation and storage 7.1 The transportation vehicles for fertilizer packages shall be clean, flat, and free of protruding sharp objects to avoid piercing or scratching the packages. Illegal loading and unloading is strictly prohibited. 7.2 Fertilizer packages shall be stored in a warehouse with a flat, cool, ventilated and dry site. Open-air storage is not allowed to prevent sun and rain. The storage of products with special requirements shall comply with the relevant product standards. The stacking height shall be less than 7 meters. 23 GB8569—1997 Appendix A (Appendix to the standard) Sampling table for fertilizer packages The number of fertilizer packages sampled and the judgment of the qualified quality level given in Table A1 shall be judged according to the provisions of Table A1.
