TTKAONiKAca 1 Scope General rules for calculation of raw material consumption of industrial enterprises GB/T 29116—2012 This standard specifies the calculation method, index calculation formula and calculation result report of raw material consumption of industrial enterprises. This standard applies to the calculation of raw material consumption of industrial enterprises. 2 Normative references The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For all dated references, only the dated version applies to this document. For all undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document. GB3100 International System of Units and Its Application 3 Terms and Definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Base period Base period The period for comparing the raw material consumption information of different periods of an enterprise. Note: The raw material consumption information of the base period can be based on the average value of several periods (such as a year or a few months) of the enterprise itself or the same industry at home and abroad. 3.2 Calculation boundary calculation boundary The calculation range determined according to the production process flow when calculating raw material consumption. 3.3 Consumption of raw material for nnit of product The amount of a certain raw material consumed in the production of a unit product. 3.4 Consumption of raw material for nit output value of product The amount of a certain raw material consumed in the unit output value of a certain product. 3.5 Utilization rate of raw material The percentage of the amount of a certain raw material contained in a qualified product to the amount of that raw material invested in the production of the product. 3.6 Recovery rate of waste productThe percentage of the amount of waste products recovered and utilized during the statistical period to the total amount of waste products generated. 3.7 Raw material consumption normsThe raw material consumption norms set for producing qualified products or completing production tasks according to the production process characteristics and production experience. GB/T 29116—2012 4 Calculation method 4.1 General When an enterprise produces multiple products, it should calculate separately for different products. When multiple raw materials are consumed in the production of a certain product, the consumption of each raw material of the product should also be calculated separately. 4.2 Determination of calculation boundary 4.2.1 The enterprise determines the calculation boundary based on the production process and management requirements. The calculation boundary can be the entire enterprise, a certain production line of the enterprise or a certain link in the production line. 4.2.2 According to the calculation boundary, establish the calculation system and draw the schematic diagram of raw material use within the boundary. The name of the material entering and leaving the system and the direction of logistics should be marked in the diagram. The position of each element in the system should not only clearly represent the actual process flow, but also truly reflect the logistics relationship. The schematic diagram of the enterprise's raw material utilization is shown in the figure Recycling Material 1 4.3 Data collection Schematic diagram of enterprise raw material utilization 4.3.1 Raw material input: raw material type, quantity, etc.; 4.3.2 Product output: product type, quantity, etc.; unit + 4.3.3 Recycled material quality: the types and quantities of various raw materials recycled, resourced, and productized in the production process; 4.3.4 Other product output value, raw material consumption quota, etc. 4.4 Data quality requirements Requirements. Data units, symbols and conversions should use international units and symbols, derived from GB:3100, and meet the requirements of enterprise production and industry statistics. 4.4.2 Data collection should use the data of raw material measuring instruments. If the measurement data of measuring instruments cannot be directly obtained, indirect methods can be used for measurement, and reasonable explanations should be made. 4,4.3 The data used in the calculation should ensure that the collection caliber, time point and measurement method are consistent. 4.4.4 Establish original data records and ledgers to ensure that the collected data is true and valid. The report data should be traceable to the original records, ledgers or on-site material balance test reports. For specific material balance calculation methods, please refer to the relevant standards of each industry. 4.4.5 If there are major data changes when the enterprise performs material balance, the consumption indicators should be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to Appendix A for the data collection form. 5 Consumption index calculation formula 5.1 Raw material consumption per unit product Raw material consumption per unit product is calculated according to formula (1): 2 TTTKAoNiKAca Where: Consumption of a certain raw material per unit product: Consumption of this raw material during the statistical period; Output of qualified products during the statistical period. 5.2 Raw material consumption per unit output value of product Raw material consumption per unit output value of product is calculated according to formula (2): Where: Consumption of a certain raw material per unit output value of product; Output value of this product produced during the statistical period. 5.3 Raw material utilization rate, Raw materials are calculated according to formula (3): Where + --Use rate of a certain raw material, % M!! The amount of this type of raw material contained in the qualified products produced during the statistical period 5.4 Recycling rate The recycling rate is calculated according to formula (4): Recycling rate, road The amount of waste materials and scraps collected and utilized during the statistical period. 5.5 Yield rate (finished product rate) The yield rate (finished product rate) is calculated according to formula (5): In the formula: Yield rate (finished product rate), % -Number of qualified products during the statistical period: The theoretical number of qualified products calculated according to the amount of raw materials put into production during the statistical period N 5.6 Raw material saving per unit product Raw material saving per unit product is calculated according to formula (6): Am, -my -my GB/T 29116—2012 (1) ·(4) GB/T 29116—2012 In the formula: The amount of a certain raw material saved per unit product; The amount of raw material consumed per unit product during the promotion period. Raw material saving Raw material saving is calculated according to formula (7): aM, =4m, Q In the formula: The amount of a certain raw material saved, Calculation result report ...++.( 7 The raw material consumption calculation report of an industrial enterprise should include the organizational description of the industrial enterprise, the description of the production status, the calculation boundary, the statistical period, the data collection form and the calculation results of the consumption index.
