National Standard of the People's Republic of China Information processing--unpunched paper tape Information processing--unpunched paper tape This standard specifies the characteristics of information processing paper tape in the unpunched state. 1 Classification 1.1 The paper tape is in the form of a reel. 1.2 See Table 1 for the width of the paper tape. Basic dimensions of the paper tape width The width of the core is the same as that of the paper tape. The inner diameter of the core is 50.8*!6mm. 1.3 UDC 676.816.3 :681 .327.44 GB 3147--82 Limit deviation The outer diameter of the reel is 180±4mm. The diameter of the small reel is 170±4, 155±4, and 140±4mm. 1.4 2 Technical requirements The technical indicators of information processing unperforated paper tape must comply with the provisions of Table 2: 2.1 Indicator name 1. Thickness, mm 2. Tightness, g/cm3 3. Tensile strength, kg (N) 4. Elongation, % 5. pH value of water extract 6. Folding endurance (longitudinal), times not less than not less than not greater than not less than issued by the National Bureau of Standards on July 23, 1982 0.10±0.01 Test method GB 451—79 GB 451—79 GB453-79 GB 453--79 GB1545--79 GB 457—79 1983-03-01 implementation 7.Ash content, % 8.Moisture, % Indicator name 9.Light transmittance, % Not more than Not more than Light transmittance of black paper tape, %Not more than 2.2 The disk surface should be flat and free of burrs. GB3147—82 Continued Table 2 Test Method GB 463—~79 GB 462 --79 Article 3.5 of this Standard 2.3 The surface of the paper tape should be flat, and should not have impurities, sand particles, pulp blocks and holes visible to the naked eye that affect the punching. 2.4 When the paper tape is punched on the adjusted punching machine, there should be no phenomenon of not being able to penetrate, and there should be no burrs visible to the naked eye on the edge of the hole. 2.5 There should be no paper scraps in the reel, no broken ends or joints, and no glue should be stuck to the reel surface. The paper strip should be able to completely detach from the reel core. 2.6 At 5 to 10 meters from the end of the paper tape, a color of about 2 meters in length should be applied as a mark for predicting the end point. The colorant must be non-sticky, not easy to fade and non-toxic. wwW.bzxz.Net 2.7 Color: If all the indicators specified in this standard are met, the paper tape can be of various colors. 3 Test methods 3.1 The sampling and processing of samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB450-79 "Methods for sampling and processing of average samples of paper and paperboard before inspection". 3.2 Visual inspection shall be adopted for appearance inspection. 3.3 The width of the paper tape shall be measured by an optical measuring instrument with a total error of ±0.01mm. 3.4 The diameter of the reel and the inner diameter of the core shall be measured by a caliper with an accuracy of 0.05mm. 3.5 Light transmittance test A 30W incandescent lamp and a 50V2AV-1 photodiode (germanium tube) are used as the light receiving element. The vertical distance between the filament and the diode is about 150mm. After turning on the power supply, first adjust the potentiometer so that the current is 100μA when there is no sample, and then cover the light source with a shading plate to make the current 0. Then remove the shading plate and test can be carried out. During the test, the length of the paper tape is about 250-1000mm, and the number of recorded sampling points should not be less than 30. 3.5.1 Calculation of light transmittance The average maximum value of the light transmittance percentage is calculated by the formula: Tmax =1+4+38 Where: t The average value of the light transmittance observed n times; -Standard deviation; (where n>30). 3.5.2 Electrical schematic diagram of paper tape light transmittance tester 42 -Regulator output DC10V/50W, Incandescent lamp 12V/30W, Photodiode 2AV-1, μA——1.5 level 61C3-100μA W—Potentiometer WX-010-10kQ. 4 Inspection rules GB 3147—82 4.1 The quantity delivered at one time is considered as a batch, but not more than 5. 4.2 The consignee has the right to check whether the quality of the batch of products meets the requirements of this standard. If the consignee believes that the paper tape does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall submit a written opinion within one month after the arrival of the goods. If there are special circumstances, it is necessary to submit a written opinion more than one month after the arrival of the goods, which shall be stipulated in the order contract. 4.3 When inspecting each batch of paper tape, the user shall first conduct an external inspection to determine the packaging condition, and then take out the sample for inspection and conduct an inspection. After the inspection, even if one box of paper tape does not meet the requirements of this standard, another sample shall be taken from the doubled number of paper tapes, and the indicators that do not meet the requirements of the first sample shall be re-inspected. As a result of the re-inspection, even if only one box of paper tape does not meet the requirements, the entire batch of paper tape shall be classified as unqualified products and the manufacturer shall be responsible for handling it. 4.4 If the product deteriorates or its quality deteriorates due to transportation and storage not complying with the provisions of this standard, and thus does not comply with the provisions of this standard, the relevant parties shall be responsible. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 5.1 The year, month, day of production and the inspector code shall be marked on the surface of each paper tape. 5.2 The paper tape shall be packed in small packages first and then packed in cartons. 10 reels of 17.50mm, 8 reels of 22.00mm, and 7 reels of 25.40mm are 1 small package. Packing method: Wrap each package with a layer of wrapping paper. Put it in a plastic bag and seal it. 5.3 For reel diameters of 180mm and 170mm, 6 packages are in one box, for reel diameters of 155mm, 7 packages are in one box, and for reel diameters of 140mm, 8 packages are in one box. 5.4 A product manual is placed in each box, indicating the product name, specifications, quantity, packing date, inspection person in charge, and precautions for use and storage. 5.5 Each box shall be affixed with a certificate of conformity and shall have the product name, specifications, quantity, number and relevant signs in accordance with the national standard GB191-73 "Packaging, Storage and Transportation Instructions". 5.6 The packaged products shall be transported by any means of transportation, but shall be protected from rain, snow and mechanical damage. 5.7 The finished products shall be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. They shall be kept away from overheating, excessive moisture or too dry environments and environments with corrosive gases such as acids and alkalis. Additional Notes: GB3147-82 This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China.
