Registration No.: 10144-2002 HG/T2299—2001 This standard is a revision of the recommended chemical industry standard HG/T2299--1992 "Determination of total solid content of water dispersion of rubber compounding agent" The main technical differences between this standard and HG/T2299-1992 are: the constant temperature control sensitivity of the constant temperature drying oven of the baking equipment is changed from ±1°C to ±2°C. The sensitivity of the balance is changed from 0.01g to 0.1mg. The test step of using infrared rapid oven to dry the vessel is added. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace HG/T2299-1992 at the same time. This standard was proposed by the Policy and Regulations Department of the former State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Latex Products Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Rubber and Rubber Products. The drafting unit of this standard: Zhuzhou Rubber and Plastic Industry Research and Design Institute of China Rubber Group. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Yu, Li Meihui and Sheng Layun. This standard was first issued in 1992. Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Determination of total solid content of aqueous dispersion Rubber compounding material 1 Scope This standard specifies the method for determining the total solid content of aqueous dispersion of rubber compounding material. This standard is applicable to aqueous dispersion of rubber compounding material. 2 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions: The mass fraction (%) of the residue obtained after the sample of the total solid content of the aqueous dispersion of rubber compounding material is dried under the specified conditions. 3 Instruments 3.1 Instrument: glass culture or porcelain dish, diameter 40~80mm. 3.2 Balance: sensitivity 0.1mg. 3.3 Blast constant temperature drying oven: 0~200℃, constant temperature control sensitivity is ±2℃. 3.4 Infrared rapid drying oven: power is 500W. 4 Test steps HG/T2299-2001 Replaces HG/T2299-1992 4.1 Take the dry and clean blood and place it in a constant temperature drying oven at a temperature of (105±2)℃ for 30 minutes, or bake it in an infrared rapid drying oven for 10-15 minutes, take it out, put it in a dryer, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it. 4.2 Weigh 1.5-2.5g (accurate to 0.1mg) of the stirred sample, put it into the weighed blood, so that the sample is evenly distributed at the bottom of the blood, put the blood containing the sample into the constant temperature drying oven at the temperature specified in Table 1 for drying, take it out after drying and put it in a dryer, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it. Table 1 Drying temperature Melting point of compounding agent 110~170℃ ≥170℃ Blast constant temperature drying oven Blast constant temperature dry explosion oven Blast constant temperature drying oven or infrared fast drying oven Drying temperature At least 5℃ lower than the melting point 105℃ 165℃ 4.3 After weighing, put it in the drying oven. If the drying temperature is lower than 100℃, dry it for 30min. If it is higher than 100℃, dry it for 15min. After drying, take it out, put it in a dryer, cool it to room temperature, and weigh it until the difference between the two weighings is no more than 0.02. 4.4 Parallel measurement of two samples. Approved by the State Economic and Trade Commission on January 24, 2002, and implemented on July 1, 2002 Result Expression HG/T2299—2001 The total solid content is expressed in mass fraction, given by formula (1): mgmi Wherein: m Sample mass,; Device blood mass, name; Sample and device blood mass after constant measurement,. The result is the average of two parallel tests. 6 Allowable error The relative error of two parallel determinations shall not be greater than 3%. Test report The test report shall include the following contents: a. Sample name and batch number;wwW.bzxz.Net b. Standard based on; e. Test conditions; d. Test date; f. Tester.
