4.3 The hydrogen peroxide content index is the guaranteed value before leaving the factory. Under the conditions of storage and transportation that meet this standard, the reduction rate of hydrogen peroxide content within six months: no more than 4% for high-quality products; no more than 5% for first-class products; and no more than 8% for qualified products. 5 Test methods

Place it in a 250mL Erlenmeyer flask containing 100mL of sulfuric acid solution (5.1.2.2), and titrate with potassium permanganate standard solution (5.1.2.1) until the solution turns pink and does not disappear within 30$, which is the end point. 5.1.5 Expression and calculation of results

2 When industrial hydrogen peroxide is packed in barrels, use a sampler to take samples from the upper, middle and lower layers in a ratio of 1:3:1. When loading with a tank truck, use a sampler to take samples from the top inlet of the 6.4.2
tank truck in a ratio of 1:3:1 for the upper, middle and lower parts. When the top part cannot be sampled and the material is relatively uniform, sampling can be done at the discharge port of the tanker. The sampler should be made of glass or polyethylene plastic. The sample volume taken shall not be less than 500mL. After mixing, place in treated clean, dry hard glass bottles or polyethylene bottles. A label should be attached to the bottle to indicate: manufacturer name, product name, specifications, grade, batch number and sampling date. If any indicator in the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the number of packaging barrels for 6.5
verification. If even one indicator in the verification result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products will be deemed unqualified. 6.6 When the supply and demand parties have objections to product quality, they shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the "Interim Measures for National Product Quality Arbitration and Inspection". Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1
Industrial hydrogen peroxide is packaged in polyethylene barrels, aluminum barrels or aluminum tank trucks. There should be vent holes on the lids of various packaging containers. Packed in polyethylene drums, the net weight of each piece does not exceed 50kg; packed in aluminum drums, the net weight of each piece does not exceed 100kg. 7.2
Each batch of packaged finished products should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. The content includes: manufacturer name, product name, specifications, etc. 7.3
grade, batch number, production date, net weight and this standard number. Packaging containers should be firmly marked. The content includes: manufacturer name, product name, specifications, grade, production date, batch number and 7.4
net weight, this standard number and its trademark.
7.5 Industrial hydrogen peroxide products are strong oxidants and corrosive. The packaging container should be painted with the "Figure 9 Oxidizer Mark" and "Figure 18 Corrosive Materials Mark" specified in GB190, as well as the "Figure 3 Upward Mark" specified in GB191. GB1616-88
Industrial hydrogen peroxide should be stored in a cool and ventilated place. During storage and transportation, avoid sunlight or heat. Cannot be mixed with flammable 7.6
products and reducing agents. If the container breaks or leaks, flush it with plenty of water. Additional notes:

6.4.1 When industrial hydrogen peroxide is packed in barrels, if the total number of packaging barrels is less than 500, the number of sampling barrels shall be selected according to the provisions of Table 2; if it is greater than 500, the number of sampling barrels shall be selected according to 3VN (N is the total packaging number of barrels).
