National Standard of the People's Republic of China Chemical analysis methods of fluorspar Gravimetric method for the determination of loss in mass at 105'C UDC549.454Www.bzxZ.net GB 5195.3— 85 ISO 4282--1977 This standard is applicable to the determination of mass loss at 105℃ in fluorine stock, filter cake (wet powder) and acid grade fluorspar. Determination range: 0.02~10.0%. This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO4282--1977 "Determination of mass loss of acid grade fluorine at 105℃". This standard complies with GB1467-78 "General principles and general provisions of chemical analysis method standards for metallurgical products". 1 Method Summary The sample is dried at 105±1℃ and the mass loss is measured. Its mass is equivalent to the total amount of water and other volatile components at this temperature. 2 Instruments 2.1 Balance (maximum load 2000g, sensitivity 0.1g; maximum load 200g, sensitivity 0.01g). 2.2 Flat weighing bottle: about 40mm high and about 65mm in diameter. 2.3 Porcelain or glass dish: about 40mm high, rectangular about 300mm×200mm or circular about 250mm in diameter, either one. 2.4 Electric oven (temperature controllable at 105±1℃). 3 Analysis steps 3.1 Determination quantity Three samples should be weighed for determination during analysis and the average value should be taken. 3.2 Sample 3.2.1F material Weigh about 100g (accurate to 0.01g) of the sample and place it in a weighing bottle (2.2) of known weight (the weighing bottle was previously dried in an electric oven at 105±1℃, taken out, placed in a desiccator to cool to room temperature and weighed, accurate to 0.01g). 3.2.2 Filter cake Weigh about 1000g (accurate to 0.1g) of the filter cake sample and place it in III1 (2.3) of known weight (this III was previously dried in an electric oven at 105±1℃, taken out, placed in a desiccator to cool to room temperature and weighed, accurate to 0.1g). 3.3 Determination 3.3.1 Dry material Place the weighing bottle (3.2.1) containing the dry material sample in an electric oven at 105±1℃ for 40 minutes and dry it for 2 hours. Take it out and cool it in a desiccator to room temperature before weighing it (accurate to 0.01g). 3.3.2 Filter cake Place the weighing bottle (3.3.2) containing the filter cake sample in an electric oven at 105±1℃ for 40 minutes and dry it for 5 hours. Take it out and cool it in a desiccator to room temperature before weighing it (accurate to 0.1g). 4 Calculation of analysis results Calculate the percentage of mass loss at 105℃ as follows: GB 5195.3-85 Mass loss=mo=ml×100 Wherein: mofPre-drying sample weight, g; mi+post-drying sample weight, g. 5 Allowable difference The difference in analysis results between laboratories should not be greater than the allowable difference listed in the following table. Quality 0.02~0.50 >0.50 ~1.00 1.00~3.00 3.00~5.00 ≥5.00~10.00 Additional remarks: This standard was proposed by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation. This standard was drafted by Zhejiang Yingshi Mining Company. This standard was drafted by Zhejiang Metallurgical Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard is Jiang Rihui. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Standard YB322-65 "Chemical Analysis Method of Fluorite" will be invalid. % Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
