This standard is 1504874:200 General principles for sampling of tobacco batches (American version). This standard is newly drafted based on TS0487:2000 (B/T:19616-2004). Taking into account the local conditions in China, this standard has a few technical differences compared with 13048742C03. These technical differences are marked in the main text and in the margins of the clauses to which they relate. A list of the reasons for the technical differences is provided in the appendix for reference. For ease of use, compared with 1S04574:2000, this standard has been revised to the extent that it is less stringent; in addition to the references to ISC487:2UUI in 1S04574:2000, this standard has been revised in accordance with 150484:230. In general, the standard is correct and the standard dosage ratio for batch raw material sampling in YC51992 is changed to YC51-152:51. "Introduction"!
changed the meaning of \"goods\", \"order\", \"installment\" to \"characteristics\", \"delivery goods\", \"sample\" (2.1.2.3, 2.7 of Y/T-1092, 21.2.3, 2.6 of this standard can change the meaning of \"large sample\" and \"sample\" to \"total sample\" and \"reduced sample\" (2.9, 2.10 of YC/T-1092; 2.8.3 of this standard. 0)5

General principles for sampling tobacco raw materials
GB/T19616-20 04
This standard specifies a set of criteria for the selection of batches of tobacco leaves, used to evaluate the average or non-average value of multiple certified tobacco leaves, and the consistency standard for batches of tobacco leaves (including flue-cured tobacco, flue-cured tobacco, and lightly processed tobacco leaves (also fermented, sorted or completely defecate, as well as tobacco control, rate leaves, waste, and re-overflow tobacco leaves). 2 Definitions of terms

The sampling unit is the unit of the delivery goods. : For the following two missing years, the sample can be a cigarette package, a box or a hemp package. Standard 2: For the period of payment, the total pressure of the delivery goods should be composed of 100 detailed lists. 25
Stratified sampling
For the population that is divided into different layers (called layers), the sampling should be carried out according to the provisions of the sample. [CB/T18771.4--2:12, definition 2.42

The agreement between the customer and the relevant parties shall indicate: L) Sampling during a production and delivery stage: Responsible party and supervisory party:
) Characteristics to be defined;
d) Laboratory performing the analysis!
C) The allowed time between sampling and random analysis (the two should be as short as possible). 4 Sampling
4.1 Basic requirements
The samples received by the laboratory should not be damaged or changed during transportation or storage.
4.2 Sampling equipment
The sampling equipment shall comply with the requirements specified in Article 11.3: When determining physical characteristics such as leaf size, slice size, etc., the sampling equipment used shall not cause changes in these characteristics. The sampling equipment shall be clean and reliable and shall not affect subsequent determination.
4.3 Sample cellars and storage containers shall be made of chemically resistant materials, and shall be protected from light for a long time. Samples shall be stored in an environment that is cool and free from odors, so as to avoid the occurrence of signs of inflammation, microbial damage or other changes that affect the sensory organs. 5 Sampling procedures
5. Basic requirements
The sampling procedure shall include the following: a) labelling samples for correct identification: selection of sampling units; b) drawing small samples and forming single samples; c) forming a total sample; e) forming a reduced sample; and preparing laboratory samples. If, in addition to the average value, inconsistency is to be checked at the same time, analysis of more than ten experimental samples is required. In this case, the experimental samples are usually drawn from a single sample or a total sample consisting of no more than 1 to 2 single samples. 5.2 Treatment of damaged sampling units. Treatment of damaged sampling units. a) If the damaged sample units are irrelevant to the test or evidence (e.g. the shadow of the lesions when measuring the length of tobacco leaves), the damaged sample units should be listed in the undamaged sample list.
) If the damaged sample units have reached the designated level, the damaged sample units should be listed in the undamaged sample list. And make a record: The damaged sample units have reached the level that the test or evidence cannot be determined by the standard method. The test should not exceed the number of sample units for sampling. If necessary, the damaged sample units can be used to grade the tobacco competition degree and select enough samples from them. 5.3 Selection of sampling units
The sampling units can be selected by random sampling or systematic sampling. The selection of sampling methods depends on the quality of the delivered goods: If the damaged goods are not distinguished, the selection method depends on the quality of the delivered goods.It is recommended to use the commercial sampling method to determine the sampling order. If the delivery goods are marked with consecutive numbers to indicate the production order, the periodic systematic sampling method should be used to select the sampling units.
5.3.1 Random sampling method to select sampling units
The sampling unit is selected from the delivery goods: there is a possibility that a single unit will be pulled out. Repeat until the required number of sample units is obtained 1
5.3.2 Periodic systematic sampling method Select sampling units from the total goods, and these sampling units are systematically distinguished (e.g., according to the production order, 1--V special. Then the periodic systematic sampling of each sampling unit should be drawn from the following terminal numbers: hhi+2,..,h+(—1
Where:
is the number of stations that satisfy the relationship between the two formulas
and the period is taken from the first 5 values, and the number of samples,
5.4 Composition of small samples drawn before and after
5.4.1 Composition
According to the technical requirements, the minimum composition should meet the requirements of the following provisions;:) 3 bunches of tobacco leaves: | |tt||h Sampling of tobacco leaves (applicable to tobacco that has not been collected before the night: =) SC0. Sampling of cigars (spice tobacco, whole stemmed leaves, tobacco shavings, tobacco, and other materials and waste leaves) 5.4.2 Sample trays
At least three samples should be taken from each sampling unit. If only one sample is taken, the first sample should be taken from the upper third of the sampling unit, the second sample from the middle half, and the third sample from the middle of the lower part. The sampling positions should not be on the same vertical line through the sampling level. If more than three additional samples are taken, they should be distributed in the same sampling unit. 5.4.3 Size of single samples
Each single sample should be composed of all the small samples taken from the same sampling unit, and their size and composition should be The following shall be determined based on the following: R) Tobacco type:
Size of sampling unit
GBT:19616—2004
e) Type and number of items and
Note: The basic standard for sample size is usually found in the quantity record A. 5.4.4 Packed tobacco
Bulk tobacco shall be divided into several sample units according to Note 3 in 2.4 and sampled in accordance with the provisions of 5.1.1~1.4. In this case, a stratified sampling plan suitable for the size of the packed tobacco shall be formulated. The sampling report
The sampling report shall include the following:
Number and source of the unit;
Quantity of the delivered goods and the quantity and number of each unit, and the total pressure of the batch:
Packing method;
Number of packages, unit weight, and net weight: the damaged packaging and unit weight and indicate the net weight; Raw material appearance:
