3.1 Before the broaching, the test run of the batch machine should be completed, and the oil pressure and broaching speed of the broaching machine should be adjusted. 3.2 Before the broaching tool is used, the anti-rust braid must be cleaned, and the outer diameter and the cutter teeth must be checked for any problems. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. 3.3 Before boring, the support frame of the machine should be adjusted to the position consistent with the axis of the workpiece hole. 4 Processing
4.1 During boring, the machine should be frequently checked for changes in the pressure of the broaching machine. If the length is found to be self-limiting, the machine should be stopped immediately. 4.2 For workpieces whose boring length is less than two tooth pitches of the broach, use a large tool to fix several workpieces in the boring position. When the boring is in place, the number of teeth working during the boring should not be less than 3 to maintain the stability of the boring. 4.3 When lowering the inner diameter, the guide part of the broach should be fully inserted into the workpiece hole. 4.4 During boring, the length of the tool should not exceed the length range specified by the tool. 4.5 For long and heavy broaches, a center frame with a light guide should be used to support more than half of the broaching stroke to reduce the phenomenon of lifting. 4.6 When drawing a hole with a relatively clean part, the cooling device should be equipped or injected with sufficient coolant on the surface of the workpiece. 4.7 After drawing a workpiece, use a wire brush to brush the shavings attached to the teeth of the cutter. It is strictly forbidden to use a wire brush. It is not allowed to use a wire brush. When turning titanium and non-ferrous metal parts, the general speed is 7m/m.
