3.6.2 The wrench should not have cracks, burrs, obvious gaps, cuts, oxide scale and other defects, and the handle should be straight. 4 Test method
4.1 Surface quality inspection
The surface quality of the wrench is visually inspected.
4.2 Dimension inspection
4.2.1 The external dimensions are inspected with universal measuring tools. 4.2.2 The spanner opening accuracy is inspected with limit gauges [see Appendix A (Supplement)]. 4.2.3 The spanner hole accuracy is inspected with hexagonal limit gauges [see Appendix A (Supplement)]. 4.3 Symmetry inspection of spanner opening
The symmetry of spanner opening is inspected with special measuring tools. 4.4 Hardness test
4.4.1 The hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230. 4.4.2 The test position of the fixed spanner is shown in Figure 2. 272
4.4.3 The test position of the box spanner shall be near the head and neck of the handle. 4.5 Torque test
4.5.1 The torque test shall be conducted using a hexagonal test bar, whose hardness shall not be less than HRC55 and whose tolerance code is h8.4.5.2 The torque test shall be conducted using the method shown in Figures 3 and 4, with slow loading. When the load reaches the rated value, the load shall be removed after 30 seconds of maintenance. When the fixed wrench is tested, the test bar shall touch the bottom of the wrench. When a torque testing machine with rotating test bar is used, the torque accuracy is ±2.5%. Load

5.5 Samples should be randomly selected from the batch submitted for inspection. When convenient, it is best to divide the entire batch of products into several small batches or parts according to some reasonable method, and then randomly select from each small batch or part in proportion to the total sample size according to the percentage of each part in the entire batch. When using a secondary sampling plan, each sample must be randomly selected from the entire batch. 28
GB/T 4393-1995
The time for sampling can be during the formation of the batch or after the batch is formed. Determination of acceptance inspection qualification
6.1 The acceptance inspection qualification shall be determined in accordance with Article 4.11 of GB2828. 6.2 The manufacturer shall replace the unqualified products found in the acceptance inspection and the samples after the destructive test. 6.3 The products rejected after inspection may be reclassified or repaired by the manufacturer before submission for acceptance. Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
Under normal storage conditions, the anti-rust period of the product is one year. Its packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5305. 29
