Table 4 4.6 Inspection of surface treatment 4.6.1 The thickness of the electroplating layer shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB4955. For the electroplating layer that cannot be inspected by this method, it shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB6462. 4.6.2 The inspection of the blackened layer shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5936 after the oil stains on the wrench are removed. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Products shall be shipped only after they have passed the inspection and shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 5.2 The inspection of products shall be carried out item by item according to the secondary sampling plan specified in GB2828. 5.3 The sample may consist of wrenches of the same specifications or of wrenches of different specifications in a set of products. 5.4 The classification of unqualified products, inspection items, qualified quality level AQL (number of unqualified products per 100 units of products) and inspection level IL of the acceptance test shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5. Classification of non-conformity Inspection items Accuracy of openings and holes Basic size Coating thickness Surface treatment Surface quality Acceptable quality level AQL Inspection level IL 5.5 Samples should be randomly selected from the batch submitted for inspection. When convenient, it is best to divide the entire batch of products into several small batches or parts according to some reasonable method, and then randomly select from each small batch or part in proportion to the total sample size according to the percentage of each part in the entire batch. When using a secondary sampling plan, each sample must be randomly selected from the entire batch. 28 GB/T 4393-1995 The time for sampling can be during the formation of the batch or after the batch is formed. Determination of acceptance inspection qualification 6.1 The acceptance inspection qualification shall be determined in accordance with Article 4.11 of GB2828. 6.2 The manufacturer shall replace the unqualified products found in the acceptance inspection and the samples after the destructive test. 6.3 The products rejected after inspection may be reclassified or repaired by the manufacturer before submission for acceptance. Packaging, marking, transportation and storage Under normal storage conditions, the anti-rust period of the product is one year. Its packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5305. 29 GB/T4393--1995 Appendix A Inspection gauge for spanner opening and spanner hole (Supplement) A1 The shape of the inspection gauge is shown in Figure A1 and Figure A2.
