4.1 Basic requirements

The winch shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Working conditions
4.2.1 The ambient temperature is -10~+40℃; 4.2.2 The relative humidity of the environment shall not exceed 95% (+25℃), JH-20

4.3.1 The winch should run smoothly and reliably, and the transmission device and bearings should not have abnormal vibration and sound during operation. 4.3.2 When the winch is running under rated load, the temperature rise of the reducer lubricating oil shall not exceed 60℃, and the maximum oil temperature shall not exceed 80℃. 4.3.3 The winch reducer shall not have oil leakage. 4.3.4 The winch base has holes for convenient fixed installation and is adapted to the tension. 4.3.5 The same type of winch parts should be interchangeable. 4.4 Safety, hygiene and environmental protection
4.4.1 The winch should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations". 4.4.2 The flanges of the rope retaining plates at both ends of the winch drum should be 2.5 times higher than the diameter of the outermost wire rope. 4.4.3 The electrical equipment of the winch should comply with the provisions of GB3836.1 and GB3836.2, and must be subjected to explosion-proof inspection by the National Product Quality Inspection Center and obtain an inspection certificate. 4.4.4 The noise value of the winch in working condition should not exceed the provisions of Table 2. 4.5.1 The accuracy of the cylindrical gear of the winch shall not be lower than the 9-9-8 level specified in GB/T 10095--1988. The accuracy of the cylindrical and cylindrical worm and worm wheel shall comply with the 8 level specified in GB/T10089-1988. 4.5.2 The materials and purchased parts used in the winch shall comply with the relevant national and industrial standards and have a certificate of conformity. Outsourced parts shall comply with the requirements of the drawings and may only be used after passing the inspection. 4.5.3 The surface roughness of the rim of the rope baffle at both ends of the drum shall not exceed 5%. 4.5.4 All parts shall be cleaned of burrs and flash before assembly. 4.5.5 All fasteners should be connected reliably and should not be loose. The screws on the drum shall not be higher than the circumferential surface of the drum. 4.6 Appearance quality requirements

4.6.1 The burrs and sharp edges on the surface of each component shall be scraped and polished, and iron filings, rust, welding slag, oxide scale and oil stains shall be cleaned. 4.6.2 The winch shall be painted according to the following requirements:
a) The exterior surface shall be painted with gray enamel;
b) The space for the drum to accommodate rope shall be painted with dark red paint; c) The lubrication points and explosion-proof signs shall be painted with red enamel; d) The paint shall be evenly applied, and defects such as missing paint, pinholes, bubbles, cracks, shedding, and sagging are not allowed. 4.7 Scope of supply of complete sets of winches (excluding wire ropes and cables) 4.7.1 Finished winches equipped with electric motors.
4.7.2 Electronic control equipment that complies with the product use and maintenance instructions. 4.7.3 Random tools specified in the product drawings. 4.7.4 Random technical documents.
5 Test methods
5.1 Idle running test
The winch should be tested for 15 minutes in both the forward and reverse directions, and the following should be checked: a) Smooth running, no abnormal sound, no impact noise; b) All connecting parts and fasteners are not loose; c) There is no oil leakage at the sealing;
d) The screws on the drum meet the requirements of 4.5.5; e) When the wire rope moves a distance of not less than 10m, use a stopwatch to detect the maximum and minimum rope speeds of the wire rope, take the average value, and it meets the requirements of Table 1.
5.2 Load test
Carry out load test by vertically lifting heavy objects: a) Use 50% of the rated load for forward and reverse tests, the number of times shall not be less than 3 times each; b) Use 75% of the rated load for forward and reverse tests, the number of times shall not be less than 3 times each; c) Use the rated load for forward and reverse tests, the number of times shall not be less than 5 times each; d) Use 120% of the rated load for forward and reverse tests once each, e) The vertical lifting height shall not be less than 5m.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each winch must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory, and a product certificate shall be attached when leaving the factory. 6.2 The types, items, methods and requirements of winch inspection are shown in Table 4.80

6.3 Type inspection should be carried out in the following cases: a) when new products are trial-produced or old products are transferred to other factories for production; b) when changes in design, process or materials affect product performance; c) when production is stopped for more than 3 years and then resumed; d) when batch or mass production is carried out, it should be carried out every 5 years; e) when the national quality supervision agency conducts random re-inspection of product quality. 6.4 Each winch needs to undergo factory inspection, and the number of type inspections is 2 each time (1 for inspection and 1 for spare), and the samples for type inspection should be drawn from the products that have passed the inspection of the manufacturer. 6.5 When the winch meets the requirements of this standard, the product is deemed qualified. If the performance does not meet the requirements of 4.3, it should be re-inspected. If it still does not meet the requirements after re-inspection, the product is deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 Product marking
Each winch shall be fixed with a product label in the position specified in the drawing. The type, size and requirements of the product label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and shall be marked with the following contents:
a) manufacturer name and factory logo;
b) product name and model;
c) main technical parameters;
d) manufacturing number and date of manufacture.
7.1.2 Packaging Marks
The outer wall of the packaging box should have obvious text and symbol marks, the contents are as follows: a) Manufacturer name and address:

7.2.1 The packaging of the winch should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 7.2.2 The following technical documents shall be provided with the winch: a) product certificate; b) product use and maintenance instructions; c) packing list, d) product assembly drawing. 7.3 Transportation and storage 7.3.1 The transportation of the winch shall comply with the regulations of railway, road, waterway transportation and mechanized loading and unloading. It shall not be subjected to severe vibration, impact or damage during transportation. 7.3.2 The winch shall be stored in a dry, ventilated, acid-free, alkali-free, rainproof and moisture-proof place.
