5 Evaluation method of print output image quality
5.1 Image density
Measure the density of the two solid circles in the middle of the composite plate. For evaluation methods, refer to 6.2 of GB/T10073-1996. 5.2 Bottom gray
JB/T10334-2002
Measure the density of the five blank spaces at the upper left, upper right, middle, lower left and lower right of the composite plate. For evaluation methods, refer to 6.3 of GB/T10073. 5.3 Density non-uniformity
Measure the density of the six solid circles on the composite plate and calculate according to the provisions of 6.4 of GB/T10073-1996. 5.4 Gradient
Visually inspect the maximum number of continuous levels in the 16 gray levels on the composite plate. For evaluation methods, refer to 6.6 of GB/T10073-1996. When visual inspection is indistinguishable, use a reflection densitometer to measure, and the density difference between the two levels shall not be less than 0.04. 5.5 Resolution
Use a 10× magnifying glass to check the number of resolution line pairs in the 3rd and 4th lines of the three resolution diagrams on the integrated plate. For evaluation methods, refer to 6.7 of GB/T10073-1996.
5.6 Fixing fastness
Measure the fastness of any of the two solid circles in the middle of the integrated plate. For test and evaluation methods, refer to 6.13 of GB/T10073-1996.
5.7 Effective format
Use a steel ruler with a scale of 0.5mm to measure the effective area of the printed output full black image. For evaluation methods, refer to 6.20 of GB/T10073-1996.
5.8 Toner (Developer) Consumption
Measure the toner consumption according to the method of JB/T6154. 5.9 Operation test, life test and reliability test In the above tests, the comprehensive version and the all-black version are used for sampling inspection, and the consumption version is used during operation.2 Header
