General technical conditions
3.1 General requirements
The pasture seeder shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.1.1
The materials used for pasture seeders shall comply with the relevant national standards. 3.1.24
3.1.3 Without affecting product quality, service life and interchangeability of parts, other materials with mechanical properties not lower than those of the specified materials may be used as substitutes.
3.1.4 Ductile iron and steel castings shall be sampled and tested in each furnace, and mechanical properties shall be tested as required. Chemical composition and mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of GB1348 and GB979. Castings shall be treated to eliminate internal stress.
3.1.5 Dimensions without tolerances on the drawings (except stampings) shall be manufactured in accordance with the provisions of GB1804, among which machined surfaces shall be manufactured in accordance with tolerance grade IT14 approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992, and non-machined surfaces shall be manufactured in accordance with tolerance grade IT16. 3.1.6 The weld seams of welded parts shall be smooth and free of defects such as cold welding, leaking welding, burn-through, incomplete welding, undercutting, slag inclusion and pores. 3.2 Main performance indicators
The quality of the grass seed selected for the grass seeder shall not be lower than the requirements of Grade 3 in GB6141~6143. Under the specified displacement, the main performance indicators shall meet the requirements of Table 1. Table 1

3.3 Technical requirements for main parts

3.3.1 The disc cutter shall be made of 65Mn steel specified in GB3279, with a heat treatment hardness of 45-50HRC, and the depth of the blade defect shall not exceed 1.5mm, and the length shall not exceed 15mm.
3.3.2 The spring of the furrow opener shall be made of 55SiMnVB specified in GB1222 or other spring steel with similar mechanical properties, with a heat treatment hardness of 45-54HRC. The spring shall enable the furrow opener to smoothly cross obstacles during operation, and shall be able to restore its original shape after crossing the obstacles. 3.3.3 The clutch compression spring steel wire shall be made of 60Si2Mn spring steel wire not lower than that specified in NJ74, with a heat treatment hardness of 39~44HRC.
3.3.4 The short blade of the furrow opener shall be made of 65Mn steel specified in GB3279, with a heat treatment hardness of 45~55HRC. Cylindrical gears shall comply with the provisions of NJ4.
Cast sprockets shall comply with the provisions of NJ3 Non-cast sprockets shall be made of 45# steel specified in GB3279, with a heat treatment hardness of 45~53HRC on the tooth surface.
3.3.7 Cast hook-type transmission chains shall comply with the provisions of NJ2; stamped hook-type transmission chains shall comply with the provisions of NJ6. 3.3.8 The seeding wheel shall be made of industrial plastic materials, with a smooth surface, free of air and shrinkage holes. 3.4 Technical requirements for main components
3.4.1 Frame
After the frame is welded, the dimensional tolerances of the two diagonal lines of the frame shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

3.4.2 Seed-discharging components
Dimensional tolerances
The difference in working lengths of the seed-discharging wheels on the same seed-discharging shaft shall not exceed 1mm at any position. Seeds shall not be missed at the joint of the seed box, and the gap between the seed-discharging box and the bottom plate of the box shall not exceed 0.5mm. 3. 4.2. 2
When the seed box is not loaded with seeds, the seed-discharging shaft shall rotate flexibly under the action of a torque of 9.8N+m without obstruction. 3.4.2.4 The seed-discharging amount adjustment device shall be flexible and light, and there shall be no obstruction during operation. 3.4.3 Universal joint
The universal joint drive shaft shall comply with the provisions of NJ5. 2
3.5 Technical requirements for final assembly

3.5.1 All parts and components (including purchased parts and cooperative parts) must be inspected and qualified before they can be assembled. After assembly, all moving parts and components must operate flexibly without collision or jamming; each adjustment mechanism should ensure the adjustment range, be flexible and can be operated. 3.5.2
The main and passive sprockets or open gear transmissions of the same transmission pair should be in the same plane, and the axial offset should not be greater than 2mm. 3.5.4

3.5.5After assembly, the longitudinal center lines of the disc knife, furrow opener and pressure wheel shall coincide, and the longitudinal center line deviation of the disc knife and furrow opener shall be ±3mm.
3.5.6After assembly, when the seeder is in a horizontal position, the lowest points of the furrow openers in each row shall be on the same horizontal plane, and the height difference shall not be greater than 5mm, and the spacing difference between the furrow openers in each row shall not be greater than 5mm. 3.5.7When the furrow opener is in the transport or working state, the seed delivery tube shall not be stuck or fall off. When the ground wheel is set up, the screw should be shaken flexibly, and the ground wheel should be able to move up and down according to the specified stroke. 3.5.8
After assembly, the bottom surfaces of the soil-covering plates in each row shall be in the same plane, and the height difference shall not be greater than 5mm. 3.5.10 After the machine is assembled, an idling test shall be conducted. During the test, the ground wheel and the disc knife shall be off the ground, and the ground wheel shall run at a speed of 15-20r/min for 5-10min, and the following requirements shall be met: a.
The machine shall run smoothly without any jamming, collision or abnormal noise; b.
The couplings and fasteners shall not be loose. The gear and sprocket transmission shall be smooth and there shall be no chain-off phenomenon: For active seeders, after the idling test, they shall be connected to the tractor, the power output shaft shall be engaged, and the disc knife shall be idling and run-in within the range of 400-450c.

3.6.1 The outer surface of the forage seeder shall be smooth and flat. 3.6.2 The painting of forage seeders shall comply with the quality indexes of TQ-1-BY or TQ-1-NY in NJ/Z3. It is allowed to select colors and coatings according to the requirements of users, but the quality of the painting shall not be lower than the requirements of the above standards. The exposed unpainted metal parts processing surface shall be coated with anti-rust grease or varnish.
3.7 Safety requirements
Exposed sprockets, gears and other rotating or moving parts must be equipped with protective covers or take other safety protection measures. 3.8 Quality Assurance Period
If the user complies with the conditions specified in the instruction manual prepared by the manufacturer, within one year from the date of delivery, if the product is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge (except for wearing parts). 4 Test Method
The test method of forage seeder shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T5168. 5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Factory Inspection
5.1.1 Each forage seeder shall be inspected at the factory and can only be shipped after passing the inspection and issuing the certificate of conformity by the factory quality inspection department. Factory Inspection Items,
Idle operation;
Appearance quality inspection.
5.2 Type inspection

When any of the following conditions are met, the product shall be subject to type inspection: 5.2.1
Trial type identification of new products or old products transferred to factory production, after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance: During normal production, a type test shall be conducted every three years; when the product is discontinued for one year and production is resumed;
When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; when the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection, the type inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the items specified in Articles 3.1 to 3.7 of this standard. 5.2.3
Sampling inspection adopts a normal inspection one-time sampling plan 5.2.4
The sampling batch is 1 to 8 units, and 2 units are randomly selected from them. If one of the items specified in Article 3.2 and Article 3.7 is unqualified or if 7 of the remaining items are unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified.
5.3 Random inspection
The user has the right to randomly inspect the product quality of the forage seeder according to this standard. If there is any unqualified, all products shall be returned for repair and re-inspection. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking
6.1.1 The product label shall be fixed on the front of the seed box of the forage seeder. The size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of JB8. The content of the label shall include:

Manufacturing date;
Factory number:
Manufacturer name,
The sign "Do not go backwards when sowing" shall be sprayed in a striking color on the back wall of the seed box of the forage seeder. 6.2 Packaging
The packaging of the wind lift of the forage seeder shall comply with the provisions of JB2759. The packaging of the forage seeder shall be wrapped. The accessories, spare parts and tools supplied with the product shall be complete and properly packaged. The forage seeder shall be labeled and marked with: product model and name:
Net weight and gross weight;
Shipping place and shipping unit;
Receiving place and receiving unit.
The forage seeder should be accompanied by the following documents when it leaves the factory: product manual;
product certificate;
packing list;
product quality user feedback form.
6.3 Transportation
The transportation of the forage seeder should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department, and should ensure that the parts are not damaged during normal transportation. 6.4 Storage

6.4.1 The forage seeder should be stored in a dry coal and well-ventilated warehouse, and should be placed flat and stable; when stored in the open air, measures should be taken to prevent rain, moisture, sun and drain water.
When storing the forage seeder, the machine should be padded so that the ground wheel does not bear the weight of the machine. No heavy objects should be placed on the seed box. 6.4.2
