4.1 Classification of lifting operations
Lifting operations are divided into three categories according to the quality of the lifting objects: when the quality of the lifting objects is less than or equal to 4Ct, it is a Class I lifting operation; when the quality of the lifting objects is less than 4Ct, it is a Class III lifting operation. 4.2 Classification of lifting operations

5.2 For objects with a mass greater than 401, a hoisting construction plan should be prepared. For objects with a mass less than 401 but with complex shapes, small diameters, and flat surfaces, and special working conditions, a hoisting construction plan should be prepared. If the construction plan is not completed, it shall be implemented after being reviewed by the competent department and the safety and technical department and reported to the factory or the chief engineer for approval. 5.3 Before lifting operations, safety supervision signs should be set up at the lifting site and special personnel should be assigned to supervise. Non-construction personnel are prohibited from entering the site. 5. During lifting operations, there should be sufficient lighting. When working outdoors, it should be stopped when it rains heavily or more than six boards at night.
5.5 During the lifting operation, personnel must take safety precautions and comply with the provisions of (B2811. When working at height, they should avoid the provisions of "T23014".
5.6 Before the lifting operation, the lifting equipment, hook wire, breeze rope, prohibition bar, hanging and other machines and tools should be checked and ensured to be reliable. The use of sexually transmitted diseases is not allowed.
5.7 During the lifting operation, the positions must be clearly divided and adhered to: and the path finding signals and screening indicators of (5082) must be followed. 5.8 It is forbidden to use pipelines, poles, electromechanical equipment, etc. as lifting anchor points.
