Non-construction personnel are prohibited from entering the site. 5. During lifting operations, there should be sufficient lighting. When working outdoors, it should be stopped when it rains heavily or more than six boards at night. 5.5 During the lifting operation, personnel must take safety precautions and comply with the provisions of (B2811.
