This standard specifies the terminology, basic parameters, technical performance, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of soft-sealed pneumatic two-position switching butterfly valves (hereinafter referred to as switching butterfly valves). This standard is applicable to switching butterfly valves with a nominal pressure (PN) of 0.6MPa and a nominal diameter (DN) of 150~~500mm for switching between air and nitrogen in large-scale air separation equipment.

3 Terms
3.1 Life
The number of times the switching butterfly valve is opened and closed under the test conditions until it loses the specified performance. 3.2 Opening and closing times
The total number of opening and closing processes completed by the switching butterfly valve during operation. Among them, each opening process or closing process completed is an opening and closing time.
3.3 Opening process
The entire process of the butterfly plate of the switching butterfly valve moving from the closed position to the fully open position. 3.4 Closing process
The entire process of the butterfly disc of the switching butterfly valve moving from the fully open position to the closed position. 3.5 Fully open position
The position of the butterfly disc of the switching butterfly valve when the resistance to the flow of the medium is minimal. 3.6 Closed position
The position of the butterfly disc of the switching butterfly valve when it contacts the valve seat sealing pair and meets the specified sealing requirements. 3.7 Switching time

The switching butterfly valve shall comply with this standard and the drawings and technical documents approved according to the prescribed procedures. 6.2 Conditions for use of the switching butterfly valve:
The switching butterfly valve has no restrictions on the flow direction of the medium; a.
The circulating medium shall be filtered to remove mechanical impurities; The flow rate of the circulating medium in the switching pipeline shall not exceed 25m1/s. The switching control of the switching butterfly valve shall be automatically controlled or remotely controlled by the switch; d.
The working medium of the pneumatic actuator shall be clean, dry and oil mist air treated by the air source treatment device. 6.3 The calculated pressure of the switching butterfly valve shall be greater than or equal to 1.2PN. The installation position of the switching butterfly valve shall be specified in the drawings and technical documents. 6.4
The switching butterfly valve shall be able to indicate the position of the butterfly plate and shall be equipped with a limit device to keep the butterfly plate in the fully open position and the closed position. 6.6 The switching butterfly valve shall be tested for shell, no leakage, no structural damage. 6.7
The switching butterfly valve shall be subjected to a sealing test, and its leakage rate shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1. The cylinder, cylinder head and cylinder seat of the pneumatic actuator shall be subjected to a water pressure test of 1.5PN pressure and pass the test. 6.9
The internal cleanliness of the switching butterfly valve shall not exceed 2 (DN) \×10-\g: 6.10

7.1 Test instruments
7.1.1 The pressure gauge used to measure pressure shall have an accuracy of not less than Class 1.5 and shall be within the validity period of metrological verification. 7.1.2 The minimum reading of the stopwatch for measuring time shall not exceed 0.1s and shall be within the validity period of metrological verification. 7.2 The determination of the internal cleanliness of the switching butterfly valve shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6896. 7.3 The test medium for the shell test of the switching butterfly valve is water, and its test method, test pressure and pressure holding time shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13927. The test medium for the sealing test of the switching butterfly valve is air, and the test pressure is 0.6MPa. Its test method and maintenance time shall comply with the provisions of 7.4 GB/T13927. The determination of gas leakage during the JR/T7550--94 test is generally calculated according to the amount of bubbles under the water surface. It can also be measured by the glass volumetric drainage gas collection method: when the leakage is very small, it can be smeared with fat-free soap solution to observe the leakage, but it is not used as a basis for arbitration. 7.5 The switching time shall be measured under the condition that the switcher automatically controls the opening and closing of the butterfly plate. Use a stopwatch to measure the time required for the opening process and the closing process 5 times, and calculate the average value respectively. The larger one shall be used as the switching time of the switching butterfly valve under test. 7.6 The life of the switching butterfly valve shall be measured by the static pressure life test method. The continuous operation cycle of the switching butterfly valve shall be carried out according to the provisions of Appendix A (Supplementary Part) and based on the written materials provided by two or more users. 7.7t
7.8 The switching butterfly valve shall be type-tested in the following cases: a.
Trial-type identification when new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production: when there are major changes in product structure, materials or manufacturing process, which may affect product performance: when the product has been continuously produced for 10 years or the cumulative production of products of the same specification has reached 500 units: d. When the product has been discontinued for more than 3 years and resumed production; when the results of the spot check inspection are significantly different from the last type inspection. 7.9 The type inspection of the switching butterfly valve shall assess its internal cleanliness and life, leakage rate, switching time and other performance indicators, check the operation and wear of each transmission mechanism, and all shall be qualified; and after continuous operation for more than 1 year under industrial load (matching with air separation equipment). 7.10 All existing switching butterfly valves must be inspected before delivery. The inspection shall be carried out after the switcher controls the butterfly plate to close 600-1000 times without pressure on the switching butterfly valve. 7.11 The factory inspection of the switching butterfly valve shall assess its leakage rate and switching time, check the operation of each transmission mechanism. All shall be qualified: there shall be no abnormality in each sealing pair and each friction pair after disassembly and inspection. 7.12 For batch-produced switching butterfly valves, spot inspection shall be carried out according to the annual output in accordance with the provisions of Table 2; the samples for spot inspection shall be evenly distributed within the year according to the production batch. 7.13 The random inspection of switching butterfly valves shall meet the requirements of mountain inspection and assess their internal cleanliness and life. If there are unqualified ones, the original random inspection number shall be doubled; if there are still unqualified ones, the batch of products shall be inspected one by one; unqualified products are allowed to be repaired and then re-assessed for internal cleanliness, leakage rate, switching time and life, and the operation of each transmission mechanism shall be checked and each sealing pair and each friction pair shall be disassembled and inspected, and all shall be qualified. 8.1 The marking on the switching butterfly valve body shall comply with the provisions of GB12220. 8.2 Each switching butterfly valve shall be provided with a nameplate at an appropriate position, and the nameplate shall comply with the provisions of (.B/T13306. 8.3 The uncoated or plated surfaces of the switching butterfly valve shall be coated with rust inhibitor or other rust prevention measures shall be taken. The manufacturer shall ensure that the rust prevention period under normal transportation conditions is at least 1 year from the date of shipment. 8.4 Blind plates shall be used at both ends of the switching butterfly valve to protect the flange sealing surface and inner cavity. The plate shall be designed to be installed after the plate is removed: it should be made of wood or other materials with a certain strength and fixed with bolts or other locking devices to prevent it from falling off and losing during transportation.
8.5 The switching butterfly valve shall be packed together with the product certificate, product use and maintenance instructions, packing list and other technical documents as well as the packaged spare parts

A2.2 The installation position of the switch butterfly valve during the test shall comply with the provisions of the product drawing or instruction manual. A2.3 The distance between the switch butterfly valve and the solenoid valve shall not exceed 10mA2.4 The switch shall be equipped with a counter.

A4.1 In the test Before starting, conduct a sealing test, measure the leakage rate and the switching time, and start the opening and closing operation after passing the test. When the opening and closing times reach 3×10+ times, measure the leakage rate and switching time again, and it should be qualified. After that, measure the leakage rate and switching time every 3×10° opening and closing times until the test is terminated. A4.2 During the test, pay attention to whether the operation of the switching butterfly valve is normal and whether the sealing of each dynamic sealing part and static shrinkage sealing part is good.
A4.3 The test should be terminated when any of the following situations occurs: T

When the transmission element of the pneumatic actuator is stuck and the switching time changes significantly; the valve shaft, sleeve and village sleeve, piston rod and other parts are damaged or the seals on the valve shaft, piston, piston rod and other parts are damaged.
