Use the axial bearing pressure tester of tank body with the minimum reading value not more than 10N to read the maximum reading value of the deformation of the tank body. 6.6 Test of breaking force and full opening force of easy-open lid
6.6.1 Use the breaking force/full opening force tester with the minimum reading value not more than 1N, and the full stroke time of the test is 15s. 6.6.2 Test of breaking force and full opening force of pull ring type: Place the easy-open lid on the measuring bracket, fix the bracket at a backward tilt of 30° (i.e. 60° to the horizontal), and read the readings at the moment of lid opening and when the pull ring tongue is completely torn off the lid body. 6.6.3 Test of breaking force and full opening force of retaining piece type: Place the easy-open lid on the horizontal bracket, with the bracket and the tension chain at 60°, and read the readings at the moment of lid opening and when the tongue is fully opened according to the pre-marked line. 6
6.7 Easy-open end compression strength test
GB/T29345-2012
Use an easy-open end compression strength tester with a minimum reading value of no more than 1kPa to read the reading value when the cover is deformed. 6.8 Easy-open end inner coating integrity test
Use an inner coating integrity tester with a minimum reading value of no more than 0.1mA to test the inner coating of the cover and read the current value at the 4th second. The electrolyte is a 1% (mass concentration) sodium chloride aqueous solution. 6.9 Internal and external coating sterilization test
6.9.1 For pasteurization, use a constant temperature water bath, put the sample into distilled water at a temperature of (68±2)℃, keep the temperature constant for 30 minutes, then take it out and check whether the inner and outer coatings have discoloration, bubbling, shedding, etc. 6.9.2 High temperature sterilization, the can body is hot filled with 80℃ distilled water, and the can is sealed with a cover. Put the sample into a high temperature steamer, add an appropriate amount of distilled water, heat to 121℃ and keep it for 30 minutes, take out the sample, pour out the distilled water in the sample after cooling, and check whether the internal and external coatings have discoloration, bubbling, shedding, etc. after natural drying. 6.10 Easy-open cover leakage test
When conducting the test in 6.7, keep the test pressure at 620kPa for 1min. Observe whether the sample has leakage. 6.11 Sealing glue dry film volume
Use an analytical balance with a sensitivity of 0.1mg, remove the easy-open cover pull ring, weigh it as m1, then remove the sealing glue, and weigh it after drying as m2. The mass of the sealing glue dry film is the difference between ml and m2. Calculate according to the formula V=(mi-m2)/p, and the calculation result should meet the requirements of Table 5. The value e is the density of the sealant provided by the supplier. 6.12 Opening reliability test
Open the easy-open cover forward by hand or with a simple tool, and observe whether the pull ring (piece) falls off and is fully opened. 6.13 Hygiene inspection
Hygiene requirements shall be carried out in accordance with GB5009.60, GB5009.64, and GB5009.69. 7 Inspection rules
