The control strips shall comply with the provisions of GB/T18720. The dot percentage P1% at 50% of the dots on the test film or control strips. After the plate is exposed and printed into a finished product, the dot percentage P2% at 50% of the dots on the signal strip on the test product. △P%=P2%-P1% is the 50% dot increase value.

Area of film torn off in the circle (average of 3 test samples) 0
Check that the scratch needle tip should have no obvious abrasions and no dirt. Cut a 125mm×50mm printed sample with the printed surface facing up. Adjust the code weight of the scratch tester to 600g, start the machine and make it scratch at a constant speed twice on different parts of 3 sheets, and observe whether the paint film is scratched and the bottom is exposed. The 3 sheets are qualified if they are not scratched and the bottom is not exposed each time. 512 Determination of resistance to boiling
Test steps Cut 12 pieces of 50mmx50mm test pieces of printed samples, each 2 pieces as a group, and fold each group of test pieces 180° once at 2 different positions, with the ink layers overlapped, take 3 groups of samples and place them in the steaming water, and the other 3 groups on the water surface. Sealed and heated to 121℃, kept constant temperature for 30 minutes, and then naturally cooled to room temperature, take out the test pieces and observe the changes in the ink layer. Note: If only one test in water or on the water surface is carried out, only 6 test pieces are taken. 5

6 Inspection rules
61 Inspection classification,
611 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 612 Factory inspection is the final inspection of formally produced products before they are delivered to users. 613 Type inspection is a comprehensive assessment of product quality, that is, all requirements specified in the standard are inspected. Products should be subject to type inspection in any of the following situations.
a) Trial type identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, periodic inspection should be carried out regularly or after accumulating a certain amount of output; d) When the product is discontinued for more than one year and production is resumed; e) When the results of the export inspection are significantly different from those of the last type inspection; f) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 62 Inspection items
