This standard is revised on the basis of the original standard GB/T1644-82, and the technical contents are basically the same. As the original standard is relatively old, its writing format, expression rules and other contents do not meet the requirements of GB/T1.1-1993. This time it is rewritten according to the relevant standards. In this revision of the standard, the determination of dyeing strength and color light is changed from cotton dyeing method to acrylic bulked yarn dyeing method according to GB/T4465. In view of the fact that the spectral curve part in the original standard has no practical significance for production and use units, it is cancelled; the method for determining moisture is determined to be solvent extraction method.
After the revision, this standard is adjusted to the industry standard, and the technical indicators remain basically unchanged. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original GB/T1644-82 is abolished. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the technical jurisdiction of Shenyang Chemical Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of basic brilliant green 4B.
This standard applies to basic brilliant green 4B obtained by condensing 1 molecule of benzaldehyde and 2 molecules of N, N-dimethylaniline with sulfuric acid as the medium, and then undergoing oxidation, neutralization and other processes.

3 Requirements

4 Sampling

Sampling is carried out in batches. The manufacturer takes the products that are mixed evenly at one time as a batch. The number of sampling barrels for each batch shall not be less than VN/2 (N is the number of barrels for each batch of products), and the small batch sampling shall not be less than 3 barrels. The packaging of the samples taken must be intact. When sampling, do not let foreign impurities fall into the product. Use a probe to sample from the upper, middle and lower parts of the barrel. The total amount of samples taken shall not be less than 200g. After the samples are fully mixed, they are divided into two clean and dry brown ground-mouth bottles and labels are affixed to the bottles. Note: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date, location and name of the sampler. One bottle for inspection and one bottle for future reference. 5 Test method 5.1 Appearance determination Visual evaluation is adopted. 5.2 Determination of dyeing shade and intensity 5.2.1 General conditions Follow the relevant provisions of GB/T2374, and the dyeing method adopts the dyeing method of acrylic bulked yarn in GB/T4465. 5.2.2 The dyeing depth is 0.4%. 2g acrylic bulked yarn is used for dyeing. The bath ratio is 1:100. 5.2.3 Preparation of dye liquor

5.2.4 Dyeing operation
Perform according to the relevant provisions of the acrylic bulked yarn dyeing method in GB/T4465. 5.2.5 Evaluation of color light and intensity
Perform according to the relevant provisions of GB/T2374. 5.3 Determination of water-insoluble impurities
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T2381.
5.4 Determination of moisture content
Perform according to the solvent extraction method in GB/T2386. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
3.1 and 3.2 in this standard are factory inspection items. 6.2 Factory inspection
Basic Brilliant Green 4B should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that all basic Brilliant Green 4B shipped out of the factory meets the requirements of this standard. Each batch of basic Brilliant Green 4B shipped out of the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 6.3 User acceptance
The user unit has the right to inspect the received basic Brilliant Green 4B in accordance with the provisions of this standard to check whether it meets the requirements of this standard.
6.4 Re-test

If one of the indicators in the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging for re-testing. Even if only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
The packaging barrel should be painted with a firm and clear mark, indicating: manufacturer name, factory address, product name, registered trademark, standard number, batch number, production date. Gross weight and net weight. Each batch of basic brilliant green 4B shipped from the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format, including: manufacturer name, factory address, product name, batch number, specifications, net weight, proof that the product quality meets the standard requirements and standard number. 7.2 Packaging
Alkaline Brilliant Green 4B is packed in iron barrels lined with plastic bags and sealed. The net weight of each barrel is 25kg. Other packaging can be negotiated with the user.
7.3 Storage and Transportation
Alkaline Brilliant Green 4B should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture and heat. It should be prevented from being inverted and collided during transportation. 3
