The types of stop valves are as follows:

5.1.1 The test method for chemical composition and mechanical properties of stainless steel castings shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of CB/T2100-1980. The results shall meet the requirements of 2.2.1.
5.1.2 The corrosion test of stainless steel castings shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 3.5 of 6 Material Welding Specification (1998). The results shall meet the requirements of 4.2.4.
5.2 Cryogenic treatment
The cryogenic treatment method of the castings is: immerse the castings in a hydrogen chamber, and keep them warm for 2 hours when the temperature of the castings reaches -196°C, then take them out of the chamber and treat them to room temperature, and then heat them up again. 5.3 Processing
The test results shall meet the requirements of 4.3. 5.4 Strength
The test method for strength is in accordance with the provisions of 4.1.2, 4.1.3 and 4.3.1 of GB/T600-1991. The result should meet the requirements of 4.4.
5.5 Sealing
5.5.1 The test method for sealing between the smoke valve disc and the limit seat is in accordance with the provisions of 4.2.2 and 4.3.1 of GB/T600-1999. The result should meet the requirements of 4.6.1.
5.5.2 The test method for the balance of the valve between the load-bearing rod and the valve is as follows: Under the condition that the material is not in good condition, fully open the valve to make the surface of the valve between the foot rod and the valve close to each other, and then fill the valve with water. The machine pressure is increased to the nominal pressure and the pressure is maintained at 1m13. Water is collected from the slope material outlet. The result should meet the requirements of 4.5.2. 5.6 Dimensions and dimensional tolerances
For linear measurement, the corresponding level of dimensional tolerance is prohibited. 5.7 Form and position tolerances 1.
