1 Untitled Contents and Scope of Application

3 Technical requirements and test methods
3.1 Drawings and operating documents
The design and manufacture of presses shall comply with the requirements of this standard and shall be in accordance with the regulations. Detailed technical documents for the development of the standard shall be prepared. 3.2 The type, basic parameters and dimensions of the press shall generally comply with the relevant standards (in special cases, they may be in accordance with the requirements of the user). 3.3 Compatibility and compatibility 3.3.1 The large press shall be equipped with necessary tools, spare parts and spare parts when it leaves the factory. The platform should be laid with regular boards, and the height should be 50m. The height of the guardrail should not be less than 105mm. There should be a red safety indicator light on the guardrail. The type is a connection for continuous maintenance, and at least one step should be locked with the operation control system. The design, manufacture and acceptance of pressure vessels must comply with the provisions of relevant standards and regulations: 4.1 Quality of welded parts
4.1. All iron parts, steel parts, forgings, press parts and non-ferrous metal parts of the press should comply with the current standards. If there is no standard, the second should meet the technical requirements of the drawings and process documents. 5.1 Parts processing

5.2.5 Interchangeable guide rails can be inspected by coloring the flat plate to check the connection. 6.1 The electrical equipment of the giant machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 226. 6.2 The circuits, connections, flanges and air connections of the pneumatic system shall be well sealed, connected and in compliance with the relevant standards. 6.3 The hydraulic system of the pressure pump shall comply with the provisions of GB3766. 7.1 The surface of the hydraulic machine should not have the protrusions and depressions specified in the drawing, the corresponding flatness and other damage. 7.2 The surface of the outer shell of the hydraulic machine should not have defects, bumps, scratches, rust, etc. 3 The joints of the hydraulic machine and the components should be even and symmetrical, and there should be no obvious gaps, doors, and edges. There should be no stagnation and loss of gas in the working system. 4.4 The gear transmission mechanism and electrical pressure relief, pneumatic parts of the positive press should work evenly. There should be no irregular production and periodic squealing.

8.5.1 Each dynamometer shall be connected to the load test chamber. The number of tests shall be no less than 3 times. 2.
