Some standard content:
QB/T2235—1996 This standard is a revised version of QB692--1978 "Neutral Paraffin Paper". The units of the technical indicators of this standard are all changed from the current units in my country to the International System of Units (SI) units. In order to improve the strength of paraffin paper, the breaking length of paper with a quantitative value less than 40g/m2 is changed to 3.20km, and the breaking length of paper with a quantitative value equal to or greater than 40g/m2 is changed to 3.60km. In order to improve the rust resistance of paper, the water-soluble chloride content is changed from 75mg/kg to 50mg/kg. The tensile strength of this standard is given at 23℃ and 50%RH, and the brackets are the provisions of 20℃ and 65%RH. From January 1, 1995 to December 31, 1996, all qualified tests in two atmospheres can be judged as qualified, but from January 1, 1997, it can only be judged according to the experimental results under 23℃ and 50%RH. This standard is proposed by the Food Papermaking Department of China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Papermaking Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: Liaoning Papermaking Research Institute, Liaoning Fengcheng Papermaking Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Fu Yulan, Zhang Jizhu, Tang Pinyu, Guo Libo, Wang Huajia. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Light Industry Department Standard QB692-1978 "Neutral Paraffin Base Paper" will be invalid. 428 Light Industry Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Neutral Paraffin Base Paper This standard specifies the technical specifications of neutral paraffin base paper. QB/T2235—1996 This standard applies to the base paper of neutral paraffin paper for inner packaging of precision mechanical parts, metal products and military products. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. According to the order contract, other sizes of paper can also be produced. 4.4 The joints of roll paper should be marked with paper strips, and there should be no more than 5 joints per roll. 4.5 If any of the water-soluble fluoride and pH value is unqualified, it cannot be used as military products. 4.6 The color of the paper is the original color of the fiber raw material. 4.7 The paper surface shall not have holes, rips, tears, see-through, spots, dirt, severe folds, wrinkles and other paper defects. 4.8 There shall be no sand or hard blocks on the paper surface. Inspection rules 5.1 Each production shift of neutral paraffin base paper is a batch of products. The supplier shall ensure that the produced paper meets the requirements of this standard. When each batch of products is shipped, each piece of paper shall be accompanied by a product inspection form and a certificate of conformity. 5.2 The sampling inspection of product delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, and the sample unit is roll. 5.3 The sampling and batch determination number of delivery inspection shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, it will be judged as a batch failure and the supplier will be responsible for handling it. If it meets the requirements of this standard, it will be judged as a batch failure and the buyer will be responsible for handling it. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 The roll should be tight and the whole width should be uniform. 6.2 The paper roll should be packed with kraft paper with a weight of not less than 120g/m2 or two layers of kraft paper with a weight of not less than 60/m2 plus plastic woven cloth. The two ends should be folded and stuffed into the paper core, then plugged with wooden plugs, and tied with polyester strapping tape. 6.3 Marking shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T10342. 6.4 Paper should be properly stored to prevent rain, snow, moisture, sunlight exposure, acid and alkali gas and chlorine gas, so as not to damage the physical properties and chemical indicators of the paper. 6.5 When transporting finished products, use a canopy and clean transportation tool. 6.6 When handling, avoid damaging the paper or throwing the paper from a high place to avoid damaging the paper. 430 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
