Some standard content:

GB/T17714-1999
This standard adopts DIN6647 (T1)-1978 "Dimensions and Requirements of Round Barrel-shaped Beer Barrels" in a non-equivalent manner, and refers to the dimensions and requirements of European standard beer barrels.
The volume requirements of the above beer barrels are the same, such as 30L, but the diameter and height of the barrels are different. The volume of beer barrels in this standard is basically the same as that of the above beer barrels, and its main dimensions adopt the dimensions of European standard beer barrels. Appendices A and B of this standard are both standard appendices. This standard was proposed by the State Bureau of Light Industry.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Wine and Beverage Machinery. The drafting unit of this standard: Guangdong Sugar Machinery Manufacturing Plant. The main drafters of this standard: Qu Mingyang, Feng Zuqing, and Li Mingjing. 152

4.1.1 Products shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The barrel body material shall be austenitic stainless steel that meets the food hygiene requirements. 4.1.3 The material shall have a quality certificate, otherwise the manufacturer shall conduct an inspection and only qualified ones can be used. 4.1.4 Outsourced parts must be inspected by the manufacturer and only qualified ones can be used. 4.2 Manufacturing
4.2.1 Stamping parts should not have obvious scratches or cracks. Quality (excluding barrel mouth valve)
4.2.2 The welding method adopts tungsten inert gas shielded fluorine arc welding or melting inert gas shielded argon arc welding (TIG/MIG). 4.2.3 The weld should be symmetrical and should not have defects such as pores, slag inclusions and unfused. 4.2.4 The beer barrel should be pickled and passivated inside and outside after welding. 4.2.5 The relevant dimensions and quality should meet the requirements of Table 1, among which the barrel outer diameter D and barrel depth H. should be adjusted within their tolerance range to meet the requirements of full mouth volume.
4.3 Working conditions
4.3.1 The working temperature of the beer barrel (with barrel mouth valve installed) shall not be higher than 130℃. 4.3.2 The maximum working pressure of the beer barrel: 0.3MPa. 4.4 Performance
4.4.1 Maximum working pressure: 0.3MPa; test pressure: 0.4MPa. 4.4.2
The full mouth volume shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
The thread of the connection seat shall be interchangeable. For relevant technical requirements, see Appendix B. 5 Test method
5.1 Full mouth volume test
The full mouth volume test can be carried out by weighing method or volumetric method. 5.1.1 Weighing method

5.2 External dimensions
GB/T 17714--1999
The external dimensions in Table 1 shall be measured by conventional testing methods. 5.3 Pressure test
Each beer barrel shall be subjected to an air pressure test, and safety measures shall be taken for the air pressure test. The test pressure shall be 0.4MPa and the pressure holding time shall be not less than 3min. The beer barrel shall not leak.
5.4 The threads of the connection seat shall be tested with a special thread plug gauge. 6 Inspection rules
Products shall be inspected before delivery in accordance with the requirements of 4.1, 4.2 and 4.4. Among them, for 4.4.1.4.4.3, each product must be inspected and qualified; for 4.2.5 and 4.4.2, the product must be sampled and inspected according to the normal inspection secondary sampling plan of GB/T2828-1987, using the special inspection level S-4, and the qualified quality level for 4.2.5 is 4.0; the qualified quality level for 4.4.2 is 2.5. The product must meet the above requirements before it can leave the factory after the quality inspection department issues a certificate of conformity. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
