This standard specifies the basic parameters, types, dimensions and markings, technical requirements, load-bearing capacity and selection methods of single-stage conical envelope cylindrical worm reducers. This standard reducer is mainly suitable for metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, construction and light industry. The speed of the reducer worm shall not exceed 1500r/min. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40~40℃. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0℃ before starting or a lubricating oil with a low freezing point should be used. This standard reducer is mainly suitable for industries such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, construction and light industry. The speed of the reducer worm does not exceed 1500r/min. The working environment temperature of the reducer is 40°C + 40°C. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0(°C, the lubricating oil must be heated to () or above or use low freezing point lubricating oil before starting.
