GB18538—2001 This standard is formulated for the first time based on on-site labor hygiene surveys and relevant toxicological data, and with reference to foreign occupational exposure limits. It is a health standard used for workplace environmental monitoring and health supervision. This standard will be implemented from May 1, 2002. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix to the standard. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Institute of Hygiene, Zhejiang Academy of Medical Sciences. The main drafters of this standard: Le Junyi, Yuan Xuehong, Wang Zaijuan, Chen Linhui, Shen Biao. This standard is entrusted to the Institute of Labor Hygiene and Occupational Diseases, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine for interpretation. 653 National Standard of the People's Republic of China Occupational exposure limit for etbanolamine in the air of the workplace GB 18538—2001 This standard specifies the maximum allowable concentration and time-weighted average allowable concentration of ethanolamine in the air of the workplace and its monitoring and inspection methods. This standard is applicable to all types of industrial enterprises that produce and use ethanolamine. 2. Hygiene requirements The maximum allowable concentration of ethanolamine in workshop air is 15 mg/m3, and the time-weighted average allowable concentration is &mg/m3. Monitoring and inspection methods The monitoring and inspection recommended by this standard adopts gas chromatography, see Appendix A (Appendix to the standard). A2 Instruments A2.1 Large bubble absorption tube. 42.2 Air sampler: flow range 0~2L/min. A2.3 Micro syringe: 1uL, 5μl. A2.4 Stoppered test tube: 5 mL A2.5 Gas chromatograph, nitrogen-phosphorus ionization detector. Chromatographic column: 1.6 m long, 3 mm inner diameter glass column, filled with resin bonded phase-polyethylene glycol succinic acid resin. Column temperature: 160°C. Vaporization chamber temperature: 250°C. Detection chamber temperature: 250°C. Carrier gas (nitrogen) flow rate: 40 mL/min. Hydrogen flow rate: 4 ml./min. Air flow rate: 100 mL/min. Flame thermal ionization controller: 7.2 grids. A3 Reagents The experimental water is distilled water. A3.1 Absorption solution: add 0.56ml sulfuric acid (p2a=1.84g/ml) to 100ml water and dilute to 1000ml. A3.2 Resin bonded phase - polyethylene glycol butyric acid (80-100 mesh). A3.3 Ethanolamine standard solution: accurately weigh 0.1012g ethanolamine (98.8%), dissolve it in water and transfer it to a 100mL volumetric flask, dilute to the scale: check, this solution is the standard preparation solution (1ml=1000ug). Dilute with water to a 10μg/mL standard solution before use. A4 Sampling Connect two large bubble absorption tubes each containing 5.0 mL of absorption liquid in series, collect 3 L of air at a flow rate of 0.5 L/min, A5 Analysis Steps A5.1 Control test: Take the absorption tube filled with absorption liquid to the site, except for not collecting air, and perform the same operation as the sample as an empty control. A5.2 Sample treatment: Wash the inner wall of the air inlet pipe 3 times with the absorption liquid in the absorption tube: Then pour the absorption liquid into 5mL stoppered test tubes and add stoppers. For determination. A5.3 Standard curve drawing: Take the standard solution and use water to prepare 0.030.05, 0.10, 0.20 μ/mL standard series, take 1μL of each for injection, and measure the retention time and peak height: Repeat the measurement 3 times for each concentration, and take the average peak height. Plot the concentration of ethanolamine against the average peak height to draw a standard curve. Retention time is a qualitative indicator. A5.4 Determination: Take 1uL of sample absorption solution for injection, and use retention time for qualitative analysis. The peak difference after subtracting the blank control peak height of 655 from the measured sample peak height is obtained by checking the concentration of ethanolamine (μg/mL) from the standard curve. A6 Calculation A6.1 Convert the sampling volume to the sampling volume under standard conditions by formula (A1). V. =VX E273/(273 +z)J× (P/101.3) Where: V. —— converted to the sampling volume under standard conditions, L; temperature at the sampling location, ℃, P—— atmospheric pressure at the sampling location, kPa; V. Sampling volume at ℃ and P, L. A6. 2 Calculate the concentration of ethanolamine in the air by formula (A2): c -- 5(c, +c)/Va Wherein, ·c- is the concentration of ethanolamine in the air, mg/m\; and is the concentration of ethanolamine in the front and rear tube samples found on the standard curve, respectively. ·B/mL#V. is converted into the sampling volume under the standard state, L. A7 ExplanationwwW.bzxz.Net -(A2 ) A7.1 The detection limit of this method is 0.03μg/ml. The minimum detection concentration is 4.65×10-*mg/m (3L air is sampled). Under the experimental conditions of this method, when the concentration of ethanolamine is 0.01 and 0.10g/ml., the relative standard deviation is 5.9% and 6.7% respectively. A7.2 When the concentration of ethanolamine in the air is 53~64mg/m3, sampling is carried out for 6min at a flow rate of 0.5L./min. The sampling efficiency of the two tubes in series is 99.0%. -KAONr KAca- Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
