3.1 Grading Principles
The quality grade of the product is determined based on the adopted standards, the product's technical level, finished product inspection, quality inspection in the production process and user evaluation opinions, and is divided into three grades: qualified products, first-class products and superior products. 3.1.1 Qualified products

4.1 Test conditions

The idle travel time of the braking system shall be measured by the electric stopwatch method. Braking torque multiple K shall be measured by the power method
Emergency braking deceleration shall be measured by the electric stopwatch method. Brake shoe friction coefficient and wear rate shall be tested according to the provisions of JBT3721. Note: Other types of instruments with the same accuracy can also be used in the instrument specifications. 6

5.1 Sampling method

Select one unit from the qualified parts in the warehouse. If there are not enough parts, the whole machine can be disassembled for inspection (the parts of large products can be based on the inspection record of the current product process).
5.2 Judgment rules
5.2.1 All inspection items are only allowed to be inspected and evaluated in sampling. If any item is unqualified, it is not allowed to double check. 5.2.2 During the testing process, the following situations will be judged as unqualified items: a) The items that should be tested are not tested (the main items between processes can be checked according to the original inspection records); b) The physical properties of the materials, flaw detection and other items cannot be tested on site and there are no original records or test reports. 5.3 Evaluation results
5.3.1 Based on the actual test results of the product, four indicators should be calculated: a) The qualified rate of finished product inspection items;
b) The qualified rate of assembly, painting and packaging quality inspection items; c) The qualified rate of key items of major parts;
d) The qualified rate of major items of major parts.
5.3.2 According to the lowest level of the actual test results, the quality level of the entire batch of products is evaluated. 5.3.3 For a batch of products with a certain grade, the grade of each product should not be higher than the grade set for the batch. 7
