According to GB/T2383, the specifications of the standard sieve used are 300um aperture and 0.12mm wire diameter. 4.8 Determination of moisture content
According to the provisions of Article 2 of GB/T2386. The drying temperature is 100-105℃. 5. Inspection rules
5. Inspection classification
Items (1), (2), (3) and (4) in the table of Article 3.1 and Article 3.2 of this standard are factory inspection items. Items (5), (6) and (7) in the table of Article 3.2 of this standard are regular inspection items. At least 1-2 batches shall be inspected every month. All items in this standard are type inspection items. If any of the six situations specified in 6.6.1 of GB 1.3 is met, type inspection shall be carried out.
5.2 Sampling method
Dispersant N takes uniform products as a batch and takes 10% of the packaging samples from each batch of products: the sampling of small batch products shall not be less than 3 bags. Before sampling, remove the dust around the bag to prevent impurities from falling into the product. Use a sampling tube to take samples from the white bag (including the upper, middle and lower samples). The total number of samples should not be less than 200. Mix the samples thoroughly and divide them into two clean and dry glass bottles. Seal them with wax, one bottle for inspection and one bottle for storage. The bottle label should indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number and sampling date. 5.3 Manufacturer Inspection
Dispersant N should be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that each batch of dispersant N products shipped out of the factory complies with the provisions of this standard and is accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.4 User Acceptance
The user unit should follow the inspection methods for various indicators specified in this standard. Accept the quality of the dispersant N products used. 5.5 Re-test
If one of the indicators in the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, a sample should be taken from the double amount of packaging for re-test. If the re-test results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the product is considered unqualified. 5.6 Arbitration
When the two parties have disputes over product quality and need arbitration, the arbitration institution can be selected by negotiation between the two parties. The arbitration should be conducted in accordance with the inspection methods specified in this standard.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The packaging container should be marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, this standard number, grade, batch number, weight, gross weight and production date:
6.2 Dispersant N is packaged in bags or barrels lined with plastic bags. 2
JIG/T2562-94
6.3 It should be lightly packed and lightly printed during transportation. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place for two years. Additional instructions:
