This standard is a transfer of ZDJ76023-90 Technical conditions for natural gas separation plants. During the revision, some editing was done on the original standard, and the main technical changes were minor. Some professional terms were revised:

3 Technical requirements
3 Natural gas separation equipment shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed sequence. 3.2 Operating environment and public conditions

3.4 ​​The design of natural gas separation equipment should comply with the provisions of SYI1, SYI2, GBJ16 and other safety regulations and environmental protection regulations. 3.5 The pressure vessel must comply with the "Regulations on Safety Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels", GA150, JB/T150 and other relevant standards; the safety valve should be combined with the pressure vessel safety technical supervision filter, and a partition should be installed between the container and the safety valve. During normal operation, the partition must always be kept fully open and leaded. Shell and tube heat exchangers should comply with the provisions of GB151; plate heat exchangers should comply with the provisions of relevant standards, and liquefied petroleum gas storage should comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 3.6 The inlet of hydrocarbon medium should be made of cast material, and the hydrocarbon pipeline should use special valves for liquefied sodium gas. 3. The insulation material and molecular parts should be in accordance with the current provisions of Appendix A (suggested Appendix) and Appendix B (suggested Appendix). 3.8 All outdoor motors and equipment should have anti-rust protection requirements. The motor should be explosion-proof and meet the requirements of GR4942.1. All equipment should be equipped with static grounding. 3.9 The surface paint of equipment and single machine accessories is beautiful and durable: the equipment and pipelines installed on site should be painted with anti-rust primer when they are delivered; after the equipment is installed, the user shall remove the paint according to the requirements of "Safety Technical Conditions". 3.10 For the finned heat exchanger, the clamping container should be filled with dry chlorine gas with a certain force after the pressure test, and the expander-booster should be oil-sealed or nitrogen-sealed.
3.11 The installation of equipment, valves and process pipelines shall comply with the provisions of GB50235, GBJ236 ​​and the "Technical Conditions for Installation" of the equipment manufacturer.
3.1z Spare parts for natural gas compressors, turbine expanders, liquid hydrocarbon tickets and refrigeration compressors shall be provided for more than 1 year or in accordance with the company's regulations. 3.13 Before the natural gas separation equipment is put into operation, the air in the equipment and pipeline shall be replaced with inert gas. During the replacement process, the oxygen content should be determined by an oxygen analyzer. The oxygen content of the sensitive gas in the replacement room should not be higher than 6%, of which the oxygen content of the liquefied petroleum gas chamber should not exceed 3%.
3.14 Other requirements
3.14.1 The time from the start of the natural gas separation machine to the time when the product reaches the specified value or relevant standards is 48 hours. 3.14.2 The heating time of the natural gas separation equipment is generally 24h. 3.14.3 The operators, analysts, mechanics and instrument workers of the machines and equipment must be familiar with the structure and operation of the machines and equipment and instruments, and must pass the training and examination before they can take up their posts. 3.14.4 The safety technology of the equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the instruction manual provided by the manufacturer. The natural gas compression room and key equipment parts on site should be equipped with combustible gas concentration detection alarms. Operators should be equipped with portable combustible gas detection alarms and conduct regular inspections in the equipment area.
4 Test methods and inspection rules
4.1 The performance test method of natural gas separation equipment shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9078.2. The performance test shall be carried out at the user's site and under stable equipment operation conditions.
4.2 The inspection of natural gas separation equipment is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 4.2.1 Each unit equipment and machine of the equipment shall be carried out in accordance with 3.1 of JB/9078.2-1999. 4.2.2 The type inspection items and requirements of the product shall be carried out in accordance with 3.2 of JB/T9078.2-1999. 4
5 Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage
