4.1 The pump shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the approved drawings and documents in accordance with the specified procedures. 4.1 The structure of the pump shall meet the following requirements: a) The water supply is uniform along the chamber width; b) The pulsating water flow is uniform along the chamber surface; the amplitude and density of the pulsating water flow are adjustable; d) The water supply of each air is adjustable.
4.3 Structural guarantee of the jigger:

4.10 The valve and diaphragm of the water distributor of the side-moving jigger should act in the same way. When the diaphragm is lifted, the valve is lifted. 4.11 After the side-moving jigger is assembled, the coaxiality between the axis of the transmission pin and the axis of the front and rear drums is 6mm. 4.12 The painting of the jigger should meet the following requirements: a) Before painting, the surface of each part of the jigger should be cleaned and dehaired, and oxidation, rust, and dust should be removed. The main parts should be cleaned and the oxidation reaction and rust of the unit area should be removed. The interval between the coating and the coating on the metal surface shall not exceed 6h. b) The painting shall be carried out in a clean place, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 5°C, the humidity shall be less than 85%, and the working surface temperature shall not exceed 100%.
) Each part of the jig machine shall be painted with one coat and two coats of oil, and the film thickness of each coat shall be 25-35μm. The total thickness of the paint film shall be 75-140μm. The inspection plan includes: 1) Check the requirements of 4.5, 4.7, 4.9, 4.11 in Table 1: 2) Conduct an idling test for no less than 2 hours, check the requirements of 4.10 in Table 1, 8) and 4.11 in Table 1. 6.3 If any of the following conditions apply, a type inspection shall be conducted: 1) During formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; 2) During regular production, at least one inspection shall be conducted every 3 years; 3) During long-term production, if there are major differences between the last type inspection and the last type inspection, the national quality inspection agency shall conduct type inspection requirements. 6.4 Type inspection items shall include all the requirements of this standard. 6.5 Type inspection shall be conducted on one machine selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted.

8 Packaging, transportation and storage
