They refer to rigid or flexible removable containers outside the scope specified in GB 19433.1. These containers: a) have the following capacities:
not more than 3.0m3 for solids and liquids of Class I and III packaging; not more than 1.5m3 for solids of Class I packaging in flexible, rigid plastic, composite, fiberboard and wooden intermediate bulk containers; not more than 3.0m3 for solids of Class I packaging in metal intermediate bulk containers; b) are designed for mechanical loading and unloading;
c) can withstand the stresses generated during loading and unloading and transportation, which are determined by tests. 3.2
Flexible intermediate bulk containers Flexible intermediate bulk containers, also known as flexible intermediate bulk containers, refer to intermediate bulk containers that meet the definition of intermediate bulk containers in GB 19434.1, with a box body made of film, woven fiber, textile and other flexible materials and their combination, and may be equipped with an inner lining or inner coating as well as auxiliary equipment and loading and unloading devices when necessary. Flexible towel-type bulk containers have the following typesa) 13H1 woven plastic without coating or liningb) 13H2

body
the container itself, including the opening and its sealing device, but excluding auxiliary equipment. Applicable to all types of intermediate bulk containers except composite intermediate bulk containers.
Handling device handling device
Various lifting rings, loops, hooks and frames fixed to the body of the intermediate bulk container or extended from the body material. Applicable to flexible intermediate bulk containers.
maximum permissible gross mass
The mass of the shell and its auxiliary equipment and structural devices plus the maximum permissible loading mass (applicable to all types of intermediate bulk containers except flexible bulk bags).
4 Test equipment
One sample car;
One length measuring instrument (accurate to millimeters). 5 Test procedure
5.1 Test preparation
The intermediate bulk container shall be loaded to not less than 95% of its capacity and loaded to the maximum permissible load. The load shall be evenly distributed. 5.2 Number of specimens
The number of test specimens shall be 3.
5.3 Test procedures
5.3.1 Place the intermediate bulk container on the ground and make a 100 mm full penetration cut on the wide wall at an angle of 45° to the main axis, midway between the bottom and top planes of the contents. 5.3.2 Apply a load evenly to the intermediate bulk container at twice its maximum allowable load. The applied load shall be maintained for at least 5 min.
5.3.3 Intermediate bulk containers designed for top lifting or side lifting shall be lifted off the ground and maintained in this position for at least 5 min after the applied load is removed. Other equivalent methods may also be used. 6 Test report
