4 Product classification and specifications
4.1. Product classification
4.1.1 According to the materials used, they are divided into combined aluminum-plastic anti-counterfeit bottle caps and combined plastic anti-counterfeit bottle caps. 4.1.2 According to the combination mode with the bottle mouth and the lifting mode, it can be divided into: threaded twist-off type, card-type top opening type, card-type twist-off type, card-type bursting type, card-type twist-out type, toothed twist-out type and other combinations and opening methods. 4.2 Product specifications
The specifications of the bottle cap are suitable for the standard bottle mouth of bottles with a diameter of Φ22mm to 36mm, and other bottle mouths agreed by the supply and demand parties. For the size deviation of the bottle mouth, please refer to Appendix A:
5 Requirements
5.1 Dimensions

5.2 Appearance quality
5.2.1 The surface is clean and has no obvious defects.

5.2.2 The connection points of the anti-counterfeiting are intact and undamaged, the surface contact depth is not more than 0.3mm, the area is not more than 3mm×3mm, and the contact is not more than 2 places:
.5.2.3 The printing tone is clear and distinct, the printed pattern and text are complete, there is no obvious missing printing or scratches, and there should be no redundant printing in the place without pattern. 5.2.4 The position deviation of the center of the top printed pattern from the center of the outer diameter of the bottle cap is not more than 0.6mm5.2.5 The height deviation of the bottom edge of the printed pattern from the cover is ±0.20mm, the joint misalignment is not more than 0.30mm, the joint overlap is not more than 1.5mm, and there is no gap in the joint.

5.4 Functional characteristics
5.4.1 Sealing performance.

5.4.3 Outflow performance.
The rated capacity of alcohol with a concentration of 40%±5% is poured out within 100g. 5.4.4 Anti-counterfeiting performance
After opening, the structure is obviously damaged, easy to identify and cannot be restored to its original state. 5.4.5 Anti-reverse filling performance.
For bottle caps with anti-reverse filling performance requirements, when statically flushed, the liquid pours into the cap without leaking into the bottle. 5.5 Hygiene requirements
5.5.1 The parts of the bottle cap that are in direct contact with the liquid and the additives used in the production process shall comply with the corresponding food hygiene standards such as CB9685, GB9687GB9688.GB14942, CB17326, etc. 5.5.2 No residue larger than 0.5mm or silk larger than 2mm is allowed. 5.5.3 No special taste.
5.5.4 No fats can appear.
6 Test method
6.1 Dimension measurement
Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm or a special measuring tool for detection. 6.2 Appearance quality inspection
6.2.1 Oral measurement, hand feel and general measuring tool inspection, 6.2.2 Item pattern position deviation: Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm to measure the blank width of the largest and smallest symmetrical parts of the sample; pattern center deviation value a=(6,-,)/2: See Figure 16.2.3 The height of the bottom margin of the printed pattern from the cover is detected with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm, and the joint misalignment, groove misalignment, and knurling (gear hobbing) depth are detected with a projector and a reading magnifying glass. 6.3 Physical and chemical performance inspection

6.3.1 Color difference inspection of the same color in the same batch.
Use a colorimeter to measure the color difference (△E) of the same color and the same part of the sample and the reference. 6.3.2 The hardness inspection of the external surface coating is carried out in accordance with GB/T6739. 6.3.3 Heat resistance test.
6.3.3.1 Fill the appropriate sample bottle with 75% dyeing alcohol to the rated capacity, seal it and place it upside down in a freezer, adjust the temperature to -24℃, and after stabilizing for 24 hours, check whether the bottle cap is cracked, deformed, or leaking; 6.3.3.2 Fill the appropriate sample bottle with 75% dyeing alcohol to the rated capacity; seal it and place it upside down in a constant temperature box, adjust the temperature to 40℃, and after stabilizing for 24 hours, check whether the bottle cap is cracked, deformed, or leaking. 6.4 Functional property test
6.4.1 Sealing performance test.
The daily inspection of sealing performance can be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.4.1.1 and 6.4.1.2. The arbitration method of sealing performance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.4.1.3 and 6.4.1.4.
6.4.1.1 In an applicable sample bottle, fill it with 75% dyeing alcohol to the rated capacity, seal it, and invert it in a vacuum electric drying oven. Adjust the pressure to 0.03.MPa and the temperature to 35°C. After stabilizing for 10 minutes, check for liquid. 6.4.1.2 In an applicable sample bottle, fill it with 75% dyeing alcohol to the rated capacity, seal it, open it, and tighten it. Invert it in a vacuum electric drying oven. Adjust the pressure to 0.03MPa and the temperature to 35°C. After stabilizing for 10 minutes, check for liquid leakage. 6.4.1.3 In an applicable sample bottle, fill it with 75% dyeing alcohol to the rated capacity, seal it, and invert it for 8 hours to check for liquid leakage.
6.4.1.4 Fill the appropriate sample bottle with 75% dyed alcohol to the rated capacity, seal it, open it and tighten it, invert it for 8 hours and check for leakage.
6.4.2 Opening torque test.
Seal it on the appropriate sample bottle and use a torque meter to measure the torque when opening. 6.4.3 Flow performance test
Fill the appropriate sample bottle with 40%±5% alcohol to the rated capacity, seal it, open it and place it on a 45° tilted stand and measure with a stopwatch.
6.4.4 Anti-counterfeiting performance test.
Seal it on the appropriate sample bottle and observe it after opening. 6.4.5 Backflow performance test.

Pour 40%±5% alcohol slowly into the cap of the opened static upright bottle, and observe after 1 minute. 6.5 Hygiene requirements inspection
6.5.1 Material hygiene index inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5009.60GB17326, GB14942 and other relevant standards. 6.5.2 Foreign matter inspection: Pour a proper amount of pure water into the clean applicable sample bottle, rinse it up and down 12 times after sealing, and observe whether there is any foreign matter in the bottle.
6.5.3 No odor inspection: Smell and inspect whether the bottle cap has any odor. 6.5.4 Grease inspection: Fill the clean sample bottle with pure water to the rated capacity, shake it up and down for 1 minute after sealing, invert it at room temperature for 24 hours, and shake it for 30 seconds every 8 hours to observe whether there is grease on the liquid surface. 7 Inspection rules
The inspection of bottle caps is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. The number of unqualified products per hundred units is counted. 7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Factory inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of (:B/T2828.1, and the normal inspection secondary sampling plan is used. 7.1.2 The items, inspection levels and acceptance quality limits of factory inspection are shown in Table 4. Table 4 Factory inspection

8.1.1 The packer should have the product name, production batch number, specification, number, manufacturer, production date, and the size of the packaging box. The packaging box 1 or the box should have the product inspection certificate. ||tt ||8.1.2 The surface of the packaging box should be marked with packaging and storage signs such as "Handle with care" and "Avoid moisture", and the signs should comply with the provisions of GB/F191. 8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 The outer packaging of the bottle caps should be made of corrugated paper boxes and boxed with tape, and the inner packaging should be plastic bags and sealed. 8.2.2, according to needs, isolation pads can be added between the bottle caps, and single bottle caps can be covered with plastic sleeves or small plastic bags. 8.2.3 The packaging materials in contact with the bottle caps should meet the hygienic requirements of the sealing materials. 8.3 Transportation
The means of transportation should be clean and dry, without odor. During transportation, it should be loaded and unloaded gently, and throwing is strictly prohibited. Avoid rain and exposure. 8.4 Storage
8.4.1 The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, and the storage period shall not exceed 24 months. 8.4.2 When the storage temperature is lower than 15%℃, it should be placed in an environment higher than 15℃ for 24 hours before use. 8.4.3 It is not allowed to be stored in an environment with coupons or special materials. The bottom layer should have a ground pad.
