Some standard content:
QB/T2195-

This standard amends the technical content of QB847-1983 "Match Paper" as follows: The quality grade of the product in this standard is changed from No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 to B, C, and D. Another standard supplements that other quantitative match papers can be produced according to the contract. The B and C match papers in this standard are used for export packaging or wrapping, so the tear index is appropriately increased. The sizing degree of the B and C match papers in this standard is appropriately increased according to the requirements of the equipment and users. This standard is proposed by the Food Papermaking Department of the China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Papermaking Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: Shandong Paper Industry Research and Design Institute, Shandong Pingyi Paper Factory, and the main drafters of this standard are: Xi De'an, Wang Longtao, Zheng Xiuying, Ji Guangwen, and Song Zaiguo. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original light industry department standard QB847-1983 "Match Paper" will be invalid. 387

4.2 The items and values in Table 1 may be appropriately increased or decreased according to the requirements of the order contract. 4.3 The size of the flat sheet of match paper is 787mm×1092mm, or as specified in the order contract, the size deviation shall not exceed ±3mm, and the deflection shall not exceed ±3mm.
The width of the roll paper shall be as specified in the order contract, and the width deviation shall not exceed ±5mm. 4.4 Other quantitative and various colors of match paper can be produced according to the contract. 4.5 The fiber structure of the paper shall conform to the paper sample specified in the order contract. 4.6 There shall be no significant difference in color between each batch of colored match paper. 4.7 The paper surface shall be flat, and there shall be no folds, wrinkles, incompleteness, cracks, pulp lumps, sand, holes and other paper defects that affect the use. 4.8 The cutting edges of the paper shall be neat and clean.
4.9 The weight of the roll shall be as specified in the order contract, the roll arch shall not exceed 15mm, and the serration shall not exceed 3mm. 4.10 There shall be no more than 5 broken ends per roll, and the broken ends shall be connected well and have obvious signs. 4.11 Those with any of the following conditions may be classified as second-class products: a) The tear length is less than 10% of the specified value; b) The quantity exceeds the allowable deviation by less than 2%. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The quantity delivered at one time is considered as a batch, but not more than 30t. 5.2 The supplier shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and a certificate of conformity shall be attached to each piece (roll) of paper when it is delivered. 5.3 The handling of the delivery inspection samples and the samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and GB/T10739. 5.4 The sampling inspection for delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. The receiving unit shall accept the delivery quantity as a batch, and the sample unit shall be ream or roll. The sampling plan for delivery inspection and the number of batch quality judgments shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2
