This standard specifies the specifications, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging and marking of standard bleached polyester fabric for dye testing.

3.1 The polyester fiber used for standard bleached polyester fabric has a fineness of 1.5 dtex, a length of 38 mm, semi-dullness, round cross-section, and the original yarn count is 13 tex.
3.2 Width: 110-2cm
3.3 Density: 410-8 strands/10cm in warp

3.4 ​​pH value: 7±0.5
3.5 Whiteness: 75±5
3.6 Dyeing effect: The color difference between batches of standard bleached polyester fabrics, dyed with the same dye and the same method, is "similar" to "slight", and the change in color depth is no more than ±5%. 4 Grading regulations
4.1 Standard bleached polyester fabrics are graded into qualified products and unqualified products. The grading is based on the combination of internal quality and appearance quality. The internal quality is graded by criticism, with three consecutive shifts as a batch, and the appearance quality is graded by matching. The lowest rating of internal quality and appearance quality is used as the final grading.

4.2 Internal quality assessment range, density, dyeing effect, whiteness and pH value, and the products that meet the requirements of 3.2 to 3.6 are qualified products, otherwise they are unqualified products.
4.3 The products with appearance quality that meet the requirements of 5.1.5 and 5.3 of GB5326 for second-class products are qualified products. 5 Test methods
5.1 Width measurement shall be carried out in accordance with GB4667.
5.2 Density measurement shall be carried out in accordance with GB4668.
5.3 pH value measurement shall be carried out in accordance with GB7573.
5.4 Whiteness measurement shall be carried out in accordance with GB8425.
5.5 Dyeing effect determination, standard disperse brilliant blue E-4R (2BLN) is used for determination, high temperature and high pressure method is used, and other requirements are implemented in accordance with GB/T2394.
6 Acceptance rules
Acceptance is implemented in accordance with FZ/T10005.
7 Packaging and marking
7.1 The outer packaging is cloth bag, lined with a layer of kraft paper and a layer of plastic film. 7.1.1 The package can be falsely cut and the pieces can be packed separately. 7.1.1.1 Appearance quality Appearance defects that affect the use effect are marked with false cuts and released, mainly referring to single defects that are difficult to repair and are rated as 4 points or 3 points. After false cuts, each section of cloth should be qualified. 7.1.1.2 The length of the false cut defect is less than 10cm, 10cm; 10cm to 20cm, 20cm; and so on, the maximum length is 50cm, and those exceeding it will be cut.
7.1.1.3 The distance between the false cuts shall not be less than 10cm, and the distance from the head and tail of the cloth shall not be less than 10cm. 7.2 The marking shall refer to the provisions of Article 3 of ZBW08003, and indicate the "standard sample cloth" and the name of the quality control unit. 2

A1 The number of raw yarn is 13tex, and the quality requirements shall comply with the first-class yarn specified in GB5324. A2 Bad cloth requirements
A2.113/13 polyester bad cloth has a width of 114cm, a warp and weft yarn density of 394X362 roots/10cm, and a plain weave. The quality requirements shall comply with the relevant first-class regulations in GB5325.
