FA binders are divided into FA binders for masonry mortar and FA binders for plastering mortar according to their uses
3.1.1 FA binders for masonry mortar are divided into M2.5, M5, M7.5 and M10 according to their strength grades.

4 Requirements
4.1 The quality index of fly ash used for FA binder shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, and its usage shall not be less than 70%.

Other materials used for FA binder shall meet the following requirements4.2.1
The gypsum used shall meet the requirements of the first-class product in GB/T5483. %
The quicklime used shall meet the requirements of the first-class calcium quicklime in JC/T479. The content of CaO+MgO shall not be less than 85%.
The cement clinker used shall meet the requirements of GB/T203, and its strength shall not be less than 56MPa.

4.3.2 The mechanical properties of FA binder for masonry mortar are reflected by mortar strength. FA binder must be inspected before entering the construction site. 6.3 Factory inspection
Factory inspection shall be carried out within the validity period of the type inspection result, otherwise the factory inspection result shall be invalid.

6.4 Sampling method
6.4.1 Sampling method for type inspection

The finished products of the same variety and grade are considered as a batch. If the quantity is less than 200t, it is also considered as a batch. Ten samples are randomly selected from different parts of each batch, and each sample should not be less than 10kg. Mix them evenly and use the quartering method to take samples that are twice the test quantity as the sample. 6.4.2 Sampling and numbering for factory inspection
6.4.2.1FA binders should be sampled according to the same type and grade before leaving the factory. Bagged FA binders and bulk FA binders should be numbered and sampled separately, and each number is a sampling unit.
6.4.2.2 The number of numbers does not exceed 300t and the output does not exceed 3d as one number. 6.4.2.3 Sampling should be representative and can be taken continuously or from more than 20 different parts with a total amount of at least 12kg. 1kg each time, 10kg is enough as a test batch sample.
6.4.4.4 FA binders leaving the factory must be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department, and attached with a test sheet. FA binder can be packed in bags or in bulk. The net weight of each bag of bagged FA binder is 50kg, and shall not be less than 98% of the marked weight. Randomly sample 20 bags, the total weight of FA binder shall not be less than 1000kg. Other packaging forms shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties, but the bag weight requirements must comply with the above principles. FA binder packaging bags shall comply with the provisions of GB9774. 7.2 Marking
FA binder bags shall be clearly marked with: factory name, product name, registered trademark, grade (M7.5 and above grades are printed in red, M5.0 and below grades are printed in green), packaging year, month, day and number. When in bulk, a card with the same content as the bagged mark shall be submitted. 7.3 Transportation and storage
FA binders must not be exposed to moisture or mixed with foreign matter during transportation and storage. Different grades of FA binders should be stored separately and must not be mixed.
