1 Subject Content and Scope of Application

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of centrifugal pulp pumps (hereinafter referred to as "pulp pumps").
This standard applies to pulp pumps with a dry conveying pulp concentration of less than 6%, a temperature of 0~80℃, a flow rate of 10~500m3/h, and a head of 5~50m.

3 Product classification
3.1 Type
3.1.1 The type is a cantilever horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal pulp pump. 3.1.2 The rotation direction of the pulp pump is generally clockwise when viewed from the drive end. 3.2 Model

4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The slurry pump shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 It shall be able to work normally under the specified conditions of use (i.e. the specified flow rate and head). 2 Working performance

4.2.1 Under clean water at room temperature, the lower deviation of the head at the specified flow rate shall not exceed 6%, and the upper deviation shall not exceed 12.0%. 4.2.2 Under slurry, the head deviation under the specified flow rate shall not exceed 12%. 4.2.3 The pump efficiency under the specified flow rate shall not be less than 95.5% of the specified value. 4.2.4 The cavitation margin under the specified flow rate shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.3 Operation requirements
4.3.1 When operating under the specified working conditions, there shall be no water leakage (except seepage and dripping) and obvious oil leakage at the shaft seal. 4.3.2 When operating at 1.2 times the specified flow rate, it shall not exceed the matching power. 4.3.3 When operating under the specified working conditions, the noise sound pressure level shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.3.4 When operating under the specified working conditions, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃ of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80℃. 4.4 Reliability
4.4.1 Failure
According to its cause and the degree of impact on the normal operation of the slurry pump, it is divided into three categories: serious failure: the main parts are seriously damaged and cannot be eliminated in a short time by using consumable spare parts; a.
b. General failure: the product function is reduced and the failure can be eliminated in a relatively short time by replacing consumable spare parts; c. Minor failure: does not affect the product function and use requirements, and can be easily eliminated without disassembling the machine. 4.4.2 Mean trouble-free working time
When operating under rated conditions, the mean trouble-free working time should not be less than 100h. 4.4.3 Durability
4.4.3.1 When operating under rated conditions, the cumulative working time should not be less than 1000h. 4.4.3.2 During the durability test, except for maintenance and maintenance according to the requirements specified by the manufacturer and replacement of consumable parts at the specified time, other parts shall not be replaced.
4.4.3.3 Minor faults during the endurance test are not counted. 4.4.3.4 The pump efficiency value after the endurance test is allowed to drop by 0.04 compared with the specified value. 4.5 Component Processing Quality

All components subject to pressure shall be subjected to water (gas) pressure test without leakage, and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times the working pressure for 5 minutes.
4.5.5 The quality of cast iron parts of slurry pumps and the casting defects allowed for welding shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. The surface roughness R of the flow channel of the flow-passing components. The value should not be greater than 50um. 4.5.6

4.7 Assembly requirements

All parts must be inspected and qualified before assembly. The assembly of seals and bearings shall comply with the requirements of GB/T14253, and the exposed machined surfaces shall have anti-rust measures. 4. 7. 4
The assembled slurry pump should be able to rotate evenly without obstruction or other phenomena. 4.8 The appearance of the slurry pump should be uniform in color, and the surface should be free of defects such as stains, bumps and cracks. 4.9 The slurry pump should have safety protection measures at the transmission part. 5
Test method
The test method of the slurry pump shall be carried out in accordance with QB/T1698. Operation test
The operation test shall be carried out under rated working conditions, and its items are: noise measurement;
Seal measurement;
Bearing temperature rise measurement.
5.3The performance test shall be carried out under the conditions of normal temperature water or specified slurry. 5.4Reliability test

Reliability assessment can be carried out by one of the following methods: a. According to the actual user use report statistics approved by the product quality supervision and inspection unit, but not less than 3 user reports; b. It shall be carried out by the product quality supervision and inspection unit, but the number of prototypes shall be able to meet the requirements of the reliability test. 5.5Other inspections shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of relevant standards. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Basic requirements
6.1.1 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department and accompanied by a product certificate before it can leave the factory. 6.1.2 Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Inspection items
Appearance inspection;
Assembly quality inspection;
Operation test.
Each product shall be inspected and tested before leaving the factory.
6.3 Type inspection
The items of type inspection are all the technical requirements specified in this standard. In any of the following situations, type inspection shall be carried out. Trial design and appraisal of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; for batch production, periodic inspection is carried out to understand the stability of product quality; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. The type inspection prototype is 2 units, and it should meet the requirements of all technical project inspections. 6.3.3

7.1 Marking

Necessary words and diagrams should be marked on the appropriate parts of the packaging box, and the diagrams should comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.2 Packaging and Transportation
The packaging box of the slurry pump should be waterproofed to ensure that it will not be damaged due to poor packaging under normal transportation conditions. 7.2.2
All exposed machined surfaces should be coated with anti-rust grease before packaging. The following random documents and accessories should be attached to the packaging box. 7.2.3

7.2.4 Products are shipped in full boxes.
7.3 Storage
7.3.1 The packed pumps should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated finished product warehouse. For temporary outdoor storage, rain and moisture protection measures should be taken. 7.3.2 For those stored for more than 12 months, they must be unpacked for inspection, and anti-rust and packaging measures should be taken again if necessary. 8 Quality Assurance
When the user complies with the provisions of this standard and the product manual, if the product is damaged or cannot work properly due to the manufacturing quality within half a year from the date of delivery by the manufacturer, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing parts (except wearing parts). If the two parties have disputes over product quality, they shall be submitted to the relevant quality supervision department for arbitration. The complete set of units shall be executed by the supply and demand parties according to the contract requirements. Additional Notes:
