This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, dimensions and technical requirements of glass 90° elbows. This standard is applicable to glass 90° elbows with nominal pressure (PN) equal to or less than 1.0MPa and medium temperature: -20°C to 200°C for type A elbows and -10°C to 200°C for type B and type C elbows. 2 Reference Standards

4.3.1 Type B and C elbows, materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB9439. 4.3.2 The allowable deviation of the center diameter of the bolt hole on the C-type elbow flange and the chord length of the two adjacent bolt holes is ±0.6m, and the allowable deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes is ±1mm.
4.3.3 The tolerance grade of the unnoted tolerance dimension of the working surface shall be IT14 grade specified in GB1804, and the tolerance grade of the unnoted tolerance dimension of the non-processing surface shall be IT16 grade.

4.4 The slip-on flange for type A and type B elbows shall be selected according to HG/T2105. 4.5 Bolts for flange connection: When PM is greater than 0.6MPa and less than or equal to 1.0MPa, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB5782: When PN is less than or equal to 0.6MPa, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB 5780, nuts shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6170, and gaskets shall be selected according to relevant standards. 4.6 The water pressure test pressure and the maximum working pressure under different humidity conditions shall be selected according to Table 5. 5 Packaging, transportation and storage Test pressure 5.1 The product shall be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual 5.2 It is prohibited to touch the glass during transportation and transport. 5.3 The exposed glass surface shall be sealed with soft gaskets and blind plates. 5.4 The product shall be stored indoors. Open-air storage or stacking is not allowed. Additional notes: This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation and is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Glass Equipment. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute of State Drug Administration. The main drafters of this standard are Li Yijun, Hua Qiuyuan and Bao Aiyuan. The maximum working pressure P under the following pressure range is used in this standard. The A-type elbow is based on the national standard DTN2873-1982 "Steel ceramic flanged pipes and fittings with nominal pressure of 10 bar and 16 gauge". This standard will be implemented from the date of implementation. The original standard HG 5-256-79 "Glass 90° Elbow" issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China is invalid.
