5 Technical requirements
In addition to meeting the requirements of Class I terminals specified in GB11033, porcelain sleeve terminals shall also meet the following requirements. 58

5.7 Sealing performance

5.7.1 The terminal box made of metal material should be able to withstand 0.3MPa air pressure and a sealing performance test lasting 1min. The box should not leak during the entire test.
5.7.2 The terminal box should be able to withstand 0.3MPa hydraulic or air pressure and a sealing performance test lasting 15min. The pressure gauge should indicate stable during the entire test and the terminal box should not stagnate. 5.8 Mechanical properties
The terminal box should be able to withstand 0.8MPa hydraulic pressure and a mechanical performance test lasting 1min. During the entire test, the terminal box should not break or leak.
5.9 Electrical performance
According to the installation process instructions provided by the manufacturer, install the provided electrical terminal box, various installation components and materials at the end of the cable of corresponding specifications with reliable performance, and then conduct electrical performance tests. The test items and requirements shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 and Table 4, and the number of test samples shall comply with the provisions of GB11033.2.
5.10 The terminal box shall have structural components for clamping cables, and the surface of the components shall be treated according to the anti-corrosion requirements. 5.11
The distance between the exposed conductors of the terminal box and the relative distance to the ground shall comply with the provisions of Appendix D. The main properties of the insulating sealing materials used in the terminal shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A, B, and C. Table 3

7.1 Products shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturing unit before they can be shipped out of the factory, and the shipped products shall be accompanied by a product quality inspection certificate. 1.2 The product shall be subjected to type test in accordance with the requirements of Articles 5.1 to 5.8, Table 3 of Article 5.9 and Articles 5.10 to 5.12. The number of test samples and the evaluation method of test results shall comply with the corresponding provisions of Class I terminals in GB11033. 7.3 Sampling test
7.31 During normal production, a sampling test shall be conducted once every 3 to 5 years. It shall also be conducted when the user makes a request and both parties agree. 7.3.2 The product shall be subjected to sampling test in accordance with the requirements of Articles 5.4 to 5.6, Article 5.7.2, Article 5.8, Table 4 of Article 5.9, Article 5.11 and Article 5.12.
