MT/T 154.9-1996 This standard is one of the series of standards headed by MT/T154.1 "Guidelines and Management Methods for the Compilation of Coal Mine Electromechanical Product Models". This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Education Department of the Ministry of Coal Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by the Tangshan Branch of the China Coal Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard is Li Xuekun. This standard is entrusted to the Coal Preparation Machinery Branch of the Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee for the interpretation. 514 1 Scope Coal Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China Methods for the compilation of coal screening equipment models This standard specifies the method for the compilation and management of product models of coal screening equipment. MT/T 154.9—1996 This standard applies to the compilation of various coal industrial screening equipment models except those already specified in national standards. 2 Referenced standards The clauses contained in the following standards constitute the clauses of this standard by being cited in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. MT/T154.1--92 Guidelines and management methods for the compilation of coal mine electromechanical product models 3 Basic principles for compiling product models 3.1 The composition of the product model should be as concise as possible, and the number of characteristic codes should be minimized under the premise that different products can be clearly distinguished. 3.2 The product model consists of uppercase Chinese pinyin letters and Arabic numerals, but the three letters 1, 0, and X shall not be used. 4 Composition and arrangement of product models 4.1 The composition and arrangement of product models shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 of MT/T154.1. 4.2 The product model of screening equipment is mainly composed of "product type code" (S), "first characteristic code", "second characteristic code" and "main parameters". If this representation still cannot distinguish different types of products, "supplementary characteristic code" and "modification serial number" can be added one by one. 4.3 The code arrangement of product models is as follows: S modification serial number supplementary characteristic code main parameter second characteristic code -first characteristic code product type code (screen) 5 Method of compiling product models 5.1 Product type code S represents screening equipment, indicating that it belongs to a type of coal preparation machinery. 5.2 The first characteristic code indicates the basic classification characteristics of screening equipment. The code regulations are shown in Table 1. 5.3 For vibrating screens, the second characteristic code indicates the excitation mode. The code regulations are shown in Table 2. For non-vibrating screens, if it is necessary to further distinguish the structural characteristics, a second characteristic code can also be set. The codes of some structural characteristics are shown in Table 3. 5.4 Generally, the main parameter is the nominal screen surface area or the length and width of the screen surface expressed in Arabic numerals. For curved screens, the main parameters can be expressed by the radius of curvature and width of the screen surface approved by the Ministry of Coal Industry of the People's Republic of China on December 3, 1996 and implemented on October 1, 1997. For rotary screens, the main parameters can be expressed by the diameter of the screen surface. For drum screens, the main parameters can be expressed by the drum diameter and the length of the drum. The number of main parameters should not exceed two. If the main parameters include two or more numbers, the numbers can be separated by the "" symbol. For the case of dual motor excitation or multi-motor excitation, double-layer screen surface or multi-layer screen surface, dual body or multi-body, "2×" or "n×" can be used before the main parameter to indicate. The units used for the main parameters are explained in the product standard. 5.5 In the case of setting the second characteristic code, if further distinction is required, a letter can be set after the main parameter as a supplementary characteristic code. The supplementary characteristic code is used to indicate the characteristics of the screening principle, screen surface layout, screen surface structure, installation method or exciter that need to be marked (see Table 4). 5.6 The modification number is used for distinction or identification when the product design has important modifications, and is represented by letters in brackets in sequence. Such as (A), (B). (C)....- 5.7 The letters and numbers in the product model should be similar in size to the Chinese characters of the product name, and superscripts shall not be used. 5.8 The era, region or unit code shall not be included in the product model. When different units design products with exactly the same characteristic codes, different trademarks may be used as distinguishing marks. 5.9 In the process of product model naming, if it is necessary to express technical characteristics other than those listed in Tables 1 to 4 of this standard, the product design unit may propose characteristic code suggestions based on the principles specified in this standard and explain them when declaring the model.
