When measuring with the yard method, the crane should hang a yard on one side of its hand chain under the rated load, and gradually increase the yard in small amounts until the static friction is overcome and the crane is slowly driven to move. At this time, the weight of the yard hung is the hand pull force of the measured trolley. The test method of the hand pull force of the trolley running mechanism and the lifting mechanism should comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 5.3 Load lifting capacity test
5.3.1 Static load test
Before the test, the unloaded trolley should be parked in the middle of the span, and the reference point should be determined on the main beam (the vertical static deflection is measured under the rated load).
The lifting mechanism is gradually loaded to 1.25G. Lift to 100~200mm above the ground, and the suspension time is not less than 10min, then unload the load, and repeat this three times. After the third unloading, the main beam shall not have permanent deformation. Then drive the trolley to the end of the span and check the actual camber of the main beam, which should not be less than 0.7S/1000.
After the test, check each component of the crane. There should be no cracks, permanent deformation, paint peeling or damage that affects the performance and safety of the crane, and the connection should not be loose or damaged. If the test is qualified. 5.3.2 Dynamic load test
The dynamic load test of each mechanism of the crane should generally be carried out separately. The test load is 1.1G, and the cumulative running distance of each mechanism should comply with the provisions of Table 4.

No. 94--0072 The crane should be pre-installed at the manufacturer. 6.1.3 Idle operation test: During the test, the crane wheels should be emptied, and the hand chain wheels of each mechanism should rotate flexibly. 6.1.4 The quality inspection department of the manufacturer should conduct item-by-item inspections according to the product drawings and this standard. Only after passing the inspection can it be allowed to leave the factory, and the product should be issued with a product certificate of conformity to the user. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection should generally be carried out in any of the following situations: a. Trial determination and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. During formal production, sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 5; 5
Total number of units produced per month
Number of units sampled every six months
JB/T377S-94
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, processes, etc., which may affect the performance of the product; C
d. When the product is discontinued for more than two years and then resumes production. 6.2.2 Type inspection items include factory inspection and all the contents specified in Chapter 5. 6.2.3 If the manufacturer does not have the conditions to conduct type inspection, it should conduct type inspection at the user's site. >30
6.2.4 The cranes that undergo type inspection should be designated by the manufacturer's quality inspection department or by the national quality supervision agency based on actual conditions and possibilities. The product's lifting capacity and span size should also be considered for deployment so that it can gradually meet the assessment of the entire series. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Each crane should have a lifting capacity tonnage plate fixed at a conspicuous position in the middle of the main beam span. The tonnage plate should indicate: a.
Rated lifting capacity;
Manufacturer name, factory logo or trademark.
7.2 Each crane shall have a sign fixed on a conspicuous position on one side of the main beam. The sign shall comply with the requirements of GB/T13306 and the content of the sign shall include:
Crane name;
Basic parameters of the crane;
Model or mark of the crane:
Factory number and manufacturing date of the crane: Manufacturer name.
7.3The packaging of the crane shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB191 and GB/T13384. The following random documents shall be placed in the packaging box of the crane: 7.4
Product certificate of conformity:
Product use and maintenance instructions;
Packing list;
Installation drawing:
Consumable parts drawing:
Other relevant technical documents.
8 Warranty period
The manufacturer shall guarantee that the supplied crane can work properly within 12 months from the date of use (but not more than 18 months from the date of delivery) under the conditions of proper storage, reasonable installation and correct use by the user. 6

Bridge and span test conditions
(Supplement)
A1.1 During the test, the support point of the bridge should be below the end beam and as close to the wheel position as possible. A1.2 Find four reference points on the upper flange plate of the bridge end beam (near the wheel support center) and level it. The error in the span direction shall not exceed 3nm. No more than 2mm in the wheelbase direction.
A1.3 The bridge frame should be measured without the influence of sunlight. A1.4 When measuring the camber of the main beam by pulling the steel wire, the diameter of the steel wire is 0.49~0.52mm. The pulling force is 150N. The correction value listed in Table A1 due to the influence of the deadweight of the steel wire is deducted from the measured value, which is the actual camber of the main beam. Table Al

A2 Span test conditions
A2.1 The tension value and correction value used for span measurement are shown in Table A2. Table A2

A2.2During measurement, the steel tape and bridge frame temperature should be consistent, and the steel tape should sag naturally without swinging. mm
A2.3The reading on the measured steel tape plus the correction value listed in Table A2 and the measurement correction value of the steel tape (positive or negative) is the actual span of the crane.
