4 Test content
4.1 The test of the brake system of high-grid wind turbine is to verify whether the brake system meets the certification requirements under actual working conditions.
4.2 The test content should include structural inspection, performance test, brake spring test, speed control test and performance quality test. The test samples should be fully representative of this batch of products. 4.3 The test should provide a report document, which includes data, test conditions, test equipment and relevant information on the test results. A complete description of the test process and detailed description of the instruments and data used to facilitate data analysis should be provided. 5 Test requirements
5.1 The measuring tools and instruments used in the test shall comply with the relevant national metrological verification regulations. 5.2 When a specified brake has more than one preset torque, the product under test shall be the one with the highest rated value. 5.3 The test bench used for dynamic test shall be approved by the quality inspection department. 6 Structural inspection
