This standard is a revision of JB1604—75 "Code of designations for mining machinery products". On the basis of basically retaining the product models of the original standard, a large number of models of newly developed products have been added, and some unreasonable contents of the original standard have been revised. This standard will be implemented from July 1, 1998. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace JB1604-75. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Mining Machinery. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Luoyang Mining Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main drafters of this standard are Guo Ming, Yang Xianli, Huang Jialin and Huang Liping. This standard is entrusted to the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Mining Machinery for interpretation. 1 Scope

This standard applies to the preparation of product models of mining machinery, namely construction and excavation equipment, lifting equipment, industrial and mining vehicles, crushing and grinding equipment, screening equipment: washing equipment and roasting equipment. 2 Referenced standards
The clauses contained in the following standards constitute the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB7679.1~7679.7—87 Mining Machinery Terminology 3 Principles for the compilation of product models
3.1 The product name shall comply with the provisions of GB7679.1~7679.7. 3.2 The font size of the letters and numbers in the product model shall be consistent, and no corner notes and footnotes shall be used. 3.3 The product model is generally composed of Chinese phonetic letters representing the class, group, type, and feature code (hereinafter referred to as the series code) and Arabic numerals representing the main parameter code, separated by a "_" line. 3.4 Series codes are all represented by uppercase Chinese phonetic letters. The letters are generally the phonetic initials of representative Chinese characters in the category, group, type, and feature codes. If they are repeated with other models, other letters can also be used (other letters are used for those without the meaning of letters). 3.5 In the same series of products, if there are multiple forms, Arabic numerals can be prefixed before the series code to distinguish them. For example: single- and double-drum winding mine hoists are JK and 2JK, and single- and double-rotor impact crushers are PF and 2PF. 3.6 When there are major improvements in the product structure, Chinese phonetic letters A, C, and D should be added to the end of the original product model in the order of update and improvement (try to avoid using B, E, O, and X).
3.7 When the product is explosion-proof, it should be marked in the model to distinguish it from non-explosion-proof. 3.8 The product model is shown as follows:
