3 Product classification
The size setting shall be selected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB1335. 3.2 The specifications of the main parts of the finished product shall be designed by the relevant provisions of GB1335. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Raw and auxiliary materials
4.1.1 The down content of the filling material shall not be less than 30%, and the quality of the filling material shall comply with the provisions of QB1189. The filling amount deviation is ±4% of the design value.
4.1.2 Fabrics without anti-down properties cannot be used as surface or lining materials, and the color fastness of fabrics shall not be lower than Grade 3. 4.1.3 The shrinkage rate of lining fabrics and the performance and color of sewing threads, inserts and other auxiliary materials shall be suitable for the fabrics. 4.1.4 The performance of buttons and zippers shall be suitable for clothing. Buttons shall be smooth and appropriate, and zippers shall meet the requirements of ZBY73001 or 73002.
4.2 Main parts and tolerances of finished products
4.2.1 The main tolerances of finished products are shown in Table 1, and the parts are shown in Figures 1 and 2. 4.3 Color difference
4.3.1 The color difference of the collar, pocket fabric, and trouser side seams is greater than Grade 4, and the rest of the parts (excluding the lining) is Grade 4. 4.3.2 The color difference caused by the same color fabric is greater than Grade 3. 4.4 The points shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.

4.5.1 The lines of each part are straight, the stopper is not spitted back, the surface and lining are flat, the tightness is appropriate, there is no wrinkling, no floating, sticking, missing stitches, or broken threads. The broken thread is 1 to 1.5 cm above the thread line. The back stitches of the starting and ending stitches must return to the original thread, and the thread length shall not exceed 0.6 cm.
4.5.2 The placket and collar are flat (except for decoration) and straight, the collar does not curl up, the seal is neat and firm, and there is no fluff. The placket is consistent, and the error does not exceed 0.2 cm.
4.5.3 The upper sleeve is round and smooth, the position is appropriate, and the left and right are consistent. 4.5.4 The zipper is straight, flat, symmetrical, the buttons are firm, and the upper and lower parts are aligned. The allowable error is 0.2 cm. 2

5.2 Conditions
The test shall be carried out under sufficient light (illuminance not less than 7501x). When measuring the color difference level: use the grey scale specified in GB2505.2.1
for judgment.
5.2.2 The length, width, height and height of the testing table shall be appropriate. The sample shall be able to be spread flat on the table. 5.3 The content of the testing of down garment filling materials shall comply with the provisions of QB1189, and the testing method shall be carried out in accordance with QB/T1190. 5.4 The filling amount shall be measured by weighing method

Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances. a. Replacement of down or washing materials;
b. Change of major process parameters;

d. When the product resumes production after a long period of suspension; e: When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.2 Sampling
6.2.2.1 Random sampling shall be adopted for the appearance inspection of finished products. For 500 pieces or less, 10 pieces shall be selected.
501~1000 pieces, 20 pieces are selected,
1001~2000 pieces, 30 pieces are selected.

6.2.3.1 The evaluation of the grade of the filling materials of down garments shall be carried out in accordance with QB1189. 6.2.3.2
The evaluation of the appearance grade of the finished product shall be carried out in accordance with Table 6. When a single garment is evaluated in accordance with Table 6, if two items are downgraded by one grade or one item is downgraded by two grades, the garment shall be downgraded by one grade. Table 6

6.2.4.1 The allowed missed inspection rate for finished product appearance inspection is 10%. If the missed inspection rate for the first random inspection is higher than 10%, double sampling will be conducted for re-inspection. If the missed inspection rate is still higher than 10%, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified; if the missed inspection rate for re-inspection is lower than 10%, the batch will be judged as qualified (the missed inspection parts detected are unqualified products). 6.2.4.2 Filling material inspection: If the filling material of the first garment fails to meet the requirements, the filling material of the other two garments shall be re-inspected. If the item is still unqualified, the filling material of the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified (or downgraded). If the re-inspected item is qualified, the filling material of the batch shall be judged to be qualified (except for the unqualified items).

7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking

7.1.1 The finished product shall have the following markings: manufacturer name, production date (number) or batch. 7.1.2 Packaging marking: The outside of the carton shall be clearly marked with eye-catching colors: product name, batch number, manufacturer name (factory number), quantity, weight, date of manufacture, and rainproof, anti-sharp hook, and anti-heavy pressure markings. 7.2 Packaging The packaging should be firm, pressure-resistant and moisture-proof. The outer packaging is a carton lined with a moisture-proof film. The finished product is folded reasonably and packed neatly. At the same time, the packing list, certificate of conformity and instruction manual are placed, and the outside of the box is sealed with adhesive tape and then tied with calcium plastic tape. 7.3 Transportation The transportation vehicle should be clean, rainproof, pollution-proof and damage-proof. 7.4 Storage The product should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. The stacking should be more than 20cm from the ground and more than 50cm from the wall, which is convenient for sampling and regular inspection. Additional remarks:
