4.1The centrifuge shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures4.2All general technical requirements not specified in this standard shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards.4.3After installation, the centrifuge shall meet the following requirements:a) The feed pipe, chute and centrifuge receiving tank matched with the centrifuge shall not be rigidly connected to the product;b) The centrifuge shall rotate flexibly and smoothly without abnormal phenomena;c) The centrifuge lubricant is N68 medium-load industrial gear oil (sulfur-phosphorus type) and shall not be replaced by other brands;d) The lubrication system works normally without oil leakage:e) The noise of the centrifuge shall not exceed 95dB (A):D The temperature rise of the bearing part shall not exceed 40℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80℃. 4.4 The control circuit should meet the following requirements
a) The rotary motor and the vibration motor can be started separately only after the oil pump motor is started; product external moisture
b) The rotary motor and the vibration motor should be connected to the electric contact pressure gauge. When the oil pressure is higher than 0.05MPa, the centrifuge should be able to start: When the oil pressure is lower than 0.025MPa, the centrifuge should be able to stop automatically 4.5 Technical requirements for main parts:
a) The rubber spring must not be contaminated with grease:
b) The eccentric block is opposite in up and down direction and symmetrical in left and right. The side surfaces of the upper and lower eccentric blocks should be in the same plane, and the gaps between the two eccentric blocks and the main shaft should be consistent;
c) The gaps between the screen basket and the housing should be consistent, the dynamic unbalance moment tolerance of the screen basket is 0.048N·m, and the dynamic unbalance moment tolerance of the screen seat is 0.075N·m
4.6 The painted surface of the centrifuge should be uniform, and there should be no defects such as paint peeling, bubbles, cracks and flow marks. 4.7 Scope of supply of centrifuge sets:
a) A complete set of mechanical parts (including motors); b) Random tools.
5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 The centrifuge must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped, and documents proving the quality of the product should be attached when it leaves the factory. 5.2 Before the centrifuge leaves the factory, it shall be tested for 4 hours without load and meet the following requirements: 2

a) The rotation and vibration parts shall meet the requirements of 4.3b); b) The lubrication system shall meet the requirements of 4.3d); c) The noise of the centrifuge shall be measured by ND2 precision sound level meter (A) in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3768, and its value shall meet the requirements of 4.3e);
d) The temperature of the bearing part shall be measured at the bearing cover with a semiconductor point thermometer, and its value shall meet the requirements of 4.3f. 5.3 The centrifuge shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following situations: a) When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production; b) After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, processes or materials that may affect product performance; c) When resuming production after a long period of suspension;
d) During normal production, it shall be conducted once every 50 units produced; e) When the national quality supervision agency puts forward type inspection requirements. 5.4 Type inspection shall be conducted on one unit of the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. 5.5 Type inspection items shall include all requirements of this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The centrifuge shall be labeled in a conspicuous position. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. Its contents include: a) Manufacturer's name:
b) Product name and model;
c) Centrifuge factory date and number.
6.2 The packaging of the centrifuge shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384 and meet the requirements of land and water transportation. 6.3 The main unit of the centrifuge shall be wrapped, the exposed pipe joints and motors shall be wrapped with plastic cloth, and the feed port shall be covered. 6.4 Random tools and random technical documents shall be packed and shipped. The accompanying technical documents include: a) Packing list and complete set delivery list:

c) Instruction manual;
d) Lubrication system parts diagram:
e) Installation diagram.
6.5 The centrifuge delivery label and the outer wall of the packing wooden box should indicate the following: a) Centrifuge name and model:
b) Manufacturer name, factory date, number: c) Contract number, packaging number:
d) Receiving address, unit name:
e) Net weight, gross weight, and overall dimensions.
6.6 The centrifuge should be stored with rainproof facilities, and maintenance should be carried out every 12 months. 3
