They can only leave the factory after passing the inspection and being accompanied by a quality certificate. The quality certificate shall indicate: product name, manufacturer name and batch number, physical and chemical performance test data, inspection period, standard number, and signature of the inspector and quality inspection department. 5.2 Products made of the same raw materials, similar processes, and the same varieties, and submitted for collection at one time are called a batch. 5.3 The inspection is based on batches, and the total weight of each batch shall not exceed 500kg. 5.4 Samples are randomly taken from the packaging bottles (buckets) of each batch of products. The sampling of small batches shall not be less than 5 barrels (buckets) or all of them. The sampling of bottles is done by inserting a stainless steel sampling tube into the bottle (bucket) to a quarter of its depth. After the sample is fully mixed, it is divided into 10g boxes and packed in clean, dry, wide-mouth bottles with ground stoppers. Labels are attached to the bottles, indicating the manufacturer, production station name, number, sampling date, sampling location, one bottle for inspection, and one bottle for reference. 5.5 If one of the indicators in the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, it should be sampled for re-testing. If the indicator still does not meet the requirements of this standard in the re-test results, the batch of products will be judged as qualified products. 5.6 The borrower shall re-test the product within one month after receiving it. If there is any objection, it shall be inspected according to this standard, or the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve it. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage Www.bzxZ.net 6.1 The packaging container shall have a firm mark, which shall include the manufacturer's name, product name, variety, batch number, gross weight, net weight and this standard number. 6.2 The oxidized powder shall be packed in plastic sheets, 1g per net tray, and packed in paper wrapped with inner plastic film. The single material filling port and paper plug cover shall be tightly sealed, and the net weight per tray is 15kg. 6.3 The product can be transported in any way. The packaging container shall be prevented from being damaged during storage and transportation, and shall be placed in a dry place to prevent rain and moisture.
